I had the floor in my half-bath replaced. They had to remove the toilet. In putting it back, it began to leak. I called On Point because the had good reviews and were local. They came quickly and solved the problem. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

The technician seemed knowledgeable and did a great job fixing our problem but BE WARNED — their hourly rate is $300/hr. Good for them that they can get that, but my issue is that the tech did not disclose this before starting work, nor did he communicate about the cost of parts he needed to buy. The invoice simply said “$575 for parts and labor.” It required a call to the owner to discover the $300/hr rate and cost of parts. The online estimate for a broken diverter switch was $150-$300, so $575 was quite a shock.

These guys are the only people that I would ever use for any plumbing needs. HANDS DOWN the best company around. They are professional, punctual, they don't charge you for things that you don't need, and to to it off, their prices are very fair. Most plumbing companies aren't even close to On Point. They put in a 3 tier sink for me in my basement, where there wasn't a sink before. I thought that it would be a nightmare since they had to drop up the concrete on my basement floor, but it went shockingly smooth. This is the 3rd fine that I've used them and I always highly recommend them to my friends and family!! On Point is On Point!!
