TerraGreen was a dream to work with. They were responsive, followed through on exactly what they said they would do, and they completed our landscaping in a timely fashion. Cannot recommend TerraGreen Landscaping enough! Jodi and Bob were truly a delight to work with. From the initial email, throughout the estimate process and working with our budget, they never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured. We were highly impressed with the crew and how professional and efficient they were. They showed up promptly every day at 8 am, worked nonstop and always answered my questions and were very pleasant about it. We are very happy with our new front yard. We have lived in our house for 24 years and this is a project that we have been saving for, for years. I am glad we went with TerraGreen landscaping !

We are extremely pleased with the work TerraGreen did landscaping our small backyard. They were expensive, but we feel we definitely got our money's worth. We had problems with run-off and erosion caused by a steep slope at the rear of the property. A previous landscaper had only made the problem worse. Bob's clever solutions included French drains, a low decorative wall to create some terracing, and planting decorative grasses on the slope to help hold the soil. We were a little worried about putting a wall across an already small space, but it turned out to be genius, adding character and depth that actually makes the garden seem larger somehow. Jerry and his crew were terrific. They consulted with us continuously, adapting the initial design as they went and adding nice touches, such as a graceful bed of river rock over the main French drain to add extra water-diverting capacity. The crew dug up many of our existing plants and carefully stored them at the back of the yard so we were able to reuse them at the planting stage. Bob designed a planting plan for our approval, and we were also provided with a "plant library" for all the proposed new plants, so we were able to see pictures, do some research and provide feedback. Bob was very flexible and came up with new ideas for planting areas where we had concerns about the initial plan. The plants that TerraGreen bought for us were large, healthy, and looked good from day one. Again, the planting process was very consultative, both on the types and placement of the plants. Throughout the process, Bob, Jerry and the crew were very patient as we changed our minds about the height of the wall, asked for plants to be moved around, had them rearrange the stepping stones, and so forth. Finally, we were very pleased with the drip irrigation system we added as part of the project. Bob called in an irrigation specialist firm (Apollo Irrigation LLC) to do the install, and they were as professional and helpful as the TerraGreen crew. All in all, we are very happy with our new garden and really enjoyed working with everyone from TerraGreen.

We had such a positive experience using TerraGreen. They put the customer first and are truly accommodating to needs and requests. Would highly likely recommend for your hardscaping needs, and will look to use them again for future projects.

These people have cut my lawn 5 times so far and are terrible. Not only do they do a shoddy job but they have broken a solar light that we have in our yard by our walkway. They did not even mention to us that they broke it; they just shoved it back in the ground hoping we wouldn't notice. They also leave garbage behind every time. The most recent time they left a Gatorade bottle containing urine. We will be cancelling their "service".

I called JT landscaping to repair my sprinkler water line. When i turn on the water the pipe they changed started leaking. I called them and they said they will come and take a look. I called after two days and got the same answer. It is two weeks now and they never showed up. Finally i decided to get this fixed by myself. I got surprised to see their fix and poor quality pipe they used to fix the line. No wonder this would never work. I paid $214 for this and finally i had to fix it by myself. Be cautious before using their service.

Extremely rude employees. They do sidewalks at a home near me. They park in the middle of the street even when there is parking available. When asked to move because they are blocking traffic and a plow truck they started yelling. Why do you need to block the road and inconvenience other people just because you are too lazy to park on the side of the road? Only hire them if you want your neighbors to hate you.

Called JT Landscaping 2 times in September regarding having a concrete patio installed. I was told they would have someone call me, and almost 2 months later, I'm still waiting. Stopped by this afternoon to look at stone and gravel, went into the office, and nobody was there. Rang the bell, waited, still nobody. Absolutely horrific service. Can't say anything about work or quality because I can't even get someone to talk to me.

This company ran over my wall 2 months ago in greentree and still won't repair it. First I had to track them down because they failed to stop after hitting it and then I've made multiple attempts to get them to make things right and they go ignored. Horrible company. Wish there was a zero star option.

Great guys who run it and work in the office. I've been in a few times considering making a major purchase from their Husqvarna show room and Kevin and Joe have been very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell they business is very busy, but they were always helpful and never pushy to make a sale. Best customer service I've ever seen from a landscape service/ supply business!
