Cooper was our Service Tech. Efficiently kept me informed as to when he would arrive and arrived right on time. Checked the A/C unit and what he needed to in the furnace. Very polite and knowledge!

Called for an estimate on a furnace. Employee gave me an estimate over the phone. I then called back a few days later and ask to speak to a supervisor. I ask her isn't someone supposed to come out and see what exactly needs done and to evaluate the situation. She then said she would send someone out. The day that someone was to come he was an hour late but I had to call the office to see if he was still coming. I would have expected someone to call me to tell me he was running late. So the guy comes and he was nice so we discuss that I needed an estimate on replacing the furnace n possibly an AC unit. It's been 2 days and I have heard NOTHING from this company.

Hunter was wonderful! Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and checked all working parts. I would ask for him by name if I need service again.
