Cooper was our Service Tech. Efficiently kept me informed as to when he would arrive and arrived right on time. Checked the A/C unit and what he needed to in the furnace. Very polite and knowledge!
Called for an estimate on a furnace. Employee gave me an estimate over the phone. I then called back a few days later and ask to speak to a supervisor. I ask her isn't someone supposed to come out and see what exactly needs done and to evaluate the situation. She then said she would send someone out. The day that someone was to come he was an hour late but I had to call the office to see if he was still coming. I would have expected someone to call me to tell me he was running late. So the guy comes and he was nice so we discuss that I needed an estimate on replacing the furnace n possibly an AC unit. It's been 2 days and I have heard NOTHING from this company.
Hunter was wonderful! Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and checked all working parts. I would ask for him by name if I need service again.
Overall this was a good experience but I had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered. There were a few times I waited multiple days for a call back and ended up having to call them myself again. The crew who came to replace my furnace were great. They were quick and thorough.
These folks are real pros and are highly accommodating. Our aging furnace was given new life thanks to these guys. Their techs are highly knowledgeable and stand up professionals. The whole process was an easy service experience.
Service was Outstanding from initial call completely thru to install and final clean up. everyone I encountered was extremely professional, knowledgeable,overly accommodating, skillful and very pleasant. I will go out of my way to recommend Air Pro when I have the opportunity.
