Don from ServiceMaster handled the mold remediation in our cellar, and his attention to detail was fantastic. I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom down into my powder room below. My insurance company sent out Service Master to do the remediation work from the water damage. After they finished that portion up, I continued with Service Master to complete the repairs I needed in the bathroom. The crews were very professional, very nice, and very clean. The guys were skilled and they were able to get the bathroom back up and operational in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone needing restoration/repair work, or any other general work you have. They were top notch, and I was very pleased with the work and the completed job!

ServiceMaster of Greater Pittsburgh did an excellent job in taking care of our condensation damage to our basement. Don Gould and his staff did an outstanding job in the remediation and cleaning of our basement. We have a finished basement that required a great deal of care for Don and his staff to properly clean it. Don and his team did excellent work in deep cleaning and Don really made sure we were satisfied. I definitely recommend them!

ServiceMaster quickly came out to assess the serious damage to our kitchen, flooring, and garage caused by a broken dishwasher and worked with my insurance adjuster to get everything covered. After everything was cleaned, dried up and prepped by Quentin and his remediation team, Logan and his repair team were able to return our house to it's previous state so that everything looks good as new. Everyone that came to our house was friendly, professional and hardworking and I would recommend Servicemaster to anyone dealing with water damage.

After my basement flooded they responded so quick, got everything dry, and had someone here so fast to get a quote for new flooring. They worked super fast with my insurance, and had numbers for us quickly. Honestly the service tech guys were fantastic. Unfortunately I’m only giving a 4 star because their billing/secretary literally never answers the phone, answers emails, or returns voicemails. Laura has been contacted multiple times and hasn’t answered once, or even told us that she’s not handling the next part and who we could be referred to. Many calls and emails have been completely ignored and unanswered, which is a shame because everyone spoke very highly of her.

John Sandor & Daryl Butler were very professional. We had a hard time communicating with the actual workers, we do not speak Spanish & usually only 1 of the crew understood English. I am very pleased with the results of the house! Just love the enclosed porch. The work done was very good. Thanks John & Darryl !
