On one of the hottest days of the summer creative comfort solutions came out quickly to repair our air conditioner. From the initial phone call with the receptionist to the HVAC repairman who came to the house, everyone was courteous , informative and helpful. Their pricing is very reasonable too. I highly recommend this Company.

Creative Comfort came to my rescue with scheduling a quick appointment to have my heater cleaned before the holidays. The representative who serviced my heater was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My home has never felt cozier. The temperature in my home is so comfortable and my heater is a lot quieter.

They was wonderful…..fixed my problem and was cheaper than this other company….Also took care of another problem for me for free…..Was fast and efficient

Great service, great staff, punctual, expert, honest and great at communication. I use Creative Comfort Solutions for eight years now for my two businesses and multiple properties.

This was the 2nd time I used Creative and they did an excellent job and they showed up within the promised time. On the first visit, they recommended that we insulate the air conditioning/heater supply duct since they had noticed that there was lots of condensation and rust around our system. So on this visit, this is what was done. Price was fair and work looks great!

They saved me last summer from the outrageous practices of one of the giant companies; I switched to CC and never looked back. I purchased their year-round protection and recently had the summer check-up. The repair guy (Mike) went the extra mile, cleared the vines and dirt off my main outdoor unit. I am very happy with the service, price, and quality of work from Creative Solutions. There was an issue with my daughter’s radiator that 3 other guys couldn’t figure out. Nick from Creative Solutions solved the problem in less than ten minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and accommodating. Found creative solutions online when I was scrambling to find someone to come out and deep clean our mini split unit in our Airbnb that was spitting out black dust. Nicole responded quickly with more info and to schedule. Pricing was very reasonable compared to maintenance we’ve had done in the past. Our technician, Mike was awesome and came out during the hottest weekend in history. He did a great job and my husband and I were sooo impressed with how clean he left everything! We signed up for the maintenance plan after the wonderful service, and look forward to working with them more in the future!

I absolutely love Creative Comfort Solutions! This company serviced my furnace, installed a new humidifier for me and central air. Communication is great - I’ve never had an issue getting through to someone and scheduling was always timely! I’ve met several of the guys - all of whom were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ran into some kinks fixing my old humidifier and after the AC install, however they quickly resolved issues with a determined attitude!

Very pleased with the experience of purchasing and installation of a HVAC system and water heater. The staff are all friendly and very professional. My next door neighbor recommended them to me and I wholeheartedly recommend them to you.
