I had an excellent experience. I messaged online and received a quick response that they did work on my type of heater. They scheduled appointment right away and Mike C. came out figured out the problem, he told me they would be in touch with me with an Estimate to approve, once approved they would contact me to schedule to replace parts. Nicole was great and Russell answered all my questions. They took the utmost care while working in my home. I liked how they texted to tell me who would be coming and kept me updated on arrival times. I would definitely recommend Creative Comfort Solutions.

Had a new system installed in the attic. Got a few quotes and they were competitive on price but also the only one to provide the quote when they said they would. They were also the only one to consider the long term plan for the house in the proposal. Glad I went with them, the install crew was very professional and even fixed my other HVAC unit while they were here.

I had a new oil furnace and AC unit installed by Creative Comfort. Their price was very reasonable and more importantly they didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't want or need. Communication throughout the project was excellent, the work area was left clean, the installers were friendly, and payment was made easy through their payment portal. They did a nice job and didn't break the bank on a complete system replacement - I would recommend.

Creative Comfort Solutions exceeded my expectations and the cost was significantly lower than all other quotes. The installation is notably professional. When I had questions about operating the unit, service technicians were at my house within a few days to personally address my concerns, which were minor.

We rent a home in Ridley Park and Creative Comfort Solutions has installed a new heater and a new AC unit and they service them both annually to make sure our tenants are taken care of. They do a great job and the tenants are always happy to see them come out seasonally for the appropriate maintenance.
