We've had Creative Comfort Solutions do a couple of large jobs for us and we couldn't be happier with the level of service, quality, and expertise they provide. From A-Z, I wish more contractors were as good as they are. Highly recommend!

Before the big storm this year, my existing heater went from fine to making a noise then not working within about a day. I was unable to reach my former heating company and reached out to Creative. They quickly diagnosed the 20 year old system and provided a quote for the needed part which was expensive, this resulted in the decision to replace the system with a new one. Unfortunately that could not be done prior to the storm but they provided space heaters to keep us comfortable through the weather and installed a few days later with affordable solutions and financing. Truly saved me a huge headache and did so with professional demeanor. Thank you!

I have been using this company to maintain my heating system for several years. The customer support is exceptional.
During the recent cold spell I had an emergency. Within 30 minutes of discussing the situation with Nicole, a tech arrived. Although he wasn’t able to fix the problem then, he offered a workable solution.

My furnace went during the coldest week of the year. Creative Comfort Solutions was here to help within a few hours. I received excellent service throughout the entire process. These folks were a pleasure to work with—responsive, respectful, professional, empathetic. I would choose them again for any HVAC issue.

We had a heater urgent call before the big storm, and they were able to assess it and make the repair very quickly, before the storm hit. Including whatever parts they needed. Nicole and the technicians who come out communicate very well, let us know when they are on the way, are very professional, explain things clearly. We are really glad we found them for our mini- split system, and now for the heater. We recommend them highly!

Needed an evaluation of existing mini-splits. Scheduler was courteous and efficient. Scheduling reminders were helpful. They also provided the name of the tech on his way so we could verify as well as a time frame. Tech was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. We didn't have any issues to fix but I would have felt confident having him do so. Overall, very pleased with our experience. Would call again and would recommend.

Our technician, Mike, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions.

The technician was courteous and nice enough to talk to me via video conference while he was at the apartment with the tenant. This helped me understand what was causing the hot water issue.
