We had an excellent experience with Fix It Master when they came to Royal’s Jamaican Soul to repair our commercial stove. We had two major issues: one of the knobs was releasing fire, which was a serious safety concern, and our oven wouldn’t turn on at all. The technician diagnosed and fixed the knob issue on the same day, demonstrating both expertise and efficiency. For the oven, he quickly identified the problem, ordered the necessary part, and returned within the same week to complete the repair. He arrived on time for every visit and clearly knew what he was doing. The pricing for both repairs was very reasonable. I would recommend Fix It Master again and again—awesome work and outstanding service!

Sergiy was wonderful. Called at 9:30am and scheduled for 5pm. He called to come early around 2pm. Our dryer was running but no heat. He thankfully had the part with him and was able to fix our dryer. Great guy, will definitely use him again!
