The technician Michael went above his job removing a full load of washer water. Also he was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong with our washer. Our thanks to him. Definitely would ask for him again. Thanks Michael!

I had an excellent experience with Fuse Appliance Repair! Technician Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He addressed my refrigerator issue with expertise and installed new parts. Although there was a delay due to manufacturer issues with defective parts, Michael and the team kept me informed and resolved everything promptly once the replacement parts arrived. I also met Eradzh, the local franchise owner, who was equally friendly, personable, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Both gentlemen are a credit to their business, and I highly recommend Fuse Appliance Repair for their outstanding service and professionalism!

They did a very good job fixing my dishwasher. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Mike & Eric repaired my Bosch stackable washing machine. They respectfully entered my home and assessed what needed to be done. I needed a drainage pump and a gasket. These guys came back the following week and completed the job, thoroughly neatly and accurately. I will definitely be using Fuse for future appliance repairs.

Our dryer broke and Fuse came out on a Sunday to fix it. The technician explained the problem clearly, the repair was done quickly, and the price was very fair. Really appreciated their availability on the weekend when we needed help. Highly recommend!

The technician (Feema?) was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Explained process along the way. When done, tested my stove top burners and oven to be sure all were (are) in working order.

I highly recommend having your appliances/HVAC repaired by Fuse Service! I was in search of a company who would repair my old GE gas oven which was shutting off sporadically. My service technician was Mike, who was absolutely spectacular. I wasn't sure if the oven would be able to be fixed due to its age, but Mike arrived promptly diagnosed the problem , ordered the part, and within a few days returned and fixed it. These are great people to work with! Their diagnostic and service is priced below so many other appliance repair places. They respond immediately, and their work is guaranteed! Again, I highly recommend them when you are in need of a household repair!

I called Fuse to clear a blocked line from a Twin Dos cartridge to the drum of my Miele washer. Michael arrived on schedule, was courteous, professional and thorough in his diagnosis of the problem and proposed solutions. He maintained a very clean workspace and showed me what the problems were. After many less than ideal or very expensive experiences with other repair companies, I couldn’t have been happier with Fuse. I will call them first for my appliance maintenance and repair needs in the future.

The Service Technician was thoroughly efficient. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with the portion of the oven that was inoperable, and fixed the problem within reasonable time which was about 45 minutes at most. The cost for repair was also feasible within our budget. We will most definitely utilize FUSE again in the near future.

Called due to problem with my washing machine. Technician Erick arrived to do diagnostic. He was great and quickly found what we thought was the problem. Even had his boss with him when they came back to install new parts. Unfortunately, a bigger issue was hiding: needed circuit board that also had to be replaced. Came back to install once it was received. Unfortunately.,after 6 hours of trying (and load of towels being washed several times), and multiple conference calls with boss and others, the washer won. Erick never have up trying to help me and apologized that he couldn't fix the whole problem(can still use washer). Even getting refund 1/2 of what I paid. Giving 5 stars because you don't find a lot of companies these days that will put customers above profits. Will definitely use Fuse again and will ask for Erick. He was great and the best kind of employee to represent your company. He deserves a raise or, at least , a bonus.!

Technician Erick serviced our dryer that died on us. He was prompt and professional. He had to order parts but was back to complete the job in a few days. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs.

Technician Mike very friendly and knowledgeable. Upfront pricing. Customer service was awesome, i get notifications before and after technician visits to fix my refrigerator. Super happy with Fuse Service and definitely would recommend to anyone. I got their magnetic business card on my fridge!

My experience with Mike was the best. He cleaned and repaired my washer and dryer. Many appliance repair companies will charge a fee for the service call then you pay separately for the cost of the repair if needed. They have the best price for service call that I have seen from calling around to different places. Mike was an angel. So respectful and honest. He was on time. I would work with him again. The service fee was deducted from the price of my total repair as promised. One thing that is confusing and should be addressed is that even though the invoice you get says that “no deposit is charged” in the fine print, you will be asked to make a deposit of 50%. They perhaps need to update the fine print on the invoices. The quality of work is excellent. They are very responsive every time you call. And they came back for the repair within 1 week of me paying for the deposit. Very fast. I can’t say enough good things.
