Michael initially serviced our fridge, arrived on time and found the issue. He was friendly, professional and courteous. Parts had to be ordered and arrived in a timely manner. Michael and Eric arrived on time for the repair and the fridge was up and working quickly. Would highly recommend Fuze HVAC & Appliance Repair as they are very responsive in contacting and keeping the customer appraised of their repair.

Water coming from under the washing machine prompted the call. Service did not find anything wrong, no leaking. He ran a cycle on the washer and nothing happened. I did five cycles of washing after he left. Nothing happened. Mystery to me but my washer is working!!
He seemed to be very thorough, going over all of the parts of the washer. For that reason I would call them again if I have a problem.

The details are difficult to explain succinctly but I had a very idiosyncratic problem with my dishwasher and several visits were required to take care of it. In an environment where any atypical problem is generally brushed off with bromides like "unfortunately I am not authorized" by employees reading from scripts, with no one around to use human intelligence to figure out an actual solution, I was delighted that that's not what I encountered here. The company employees used their creativity and scored a win for humanity as far as I am concerned. You aren't likely to have the problem I had, but the way they handled a potentially stressful situation left me feeling good, with a working dishwasher!

Fema the repair technician was extremely good and his follow through from his first visit was outstanding. His communication was very clear of what he needed to do and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Fema to fix any of my appliances.

Icemaker repair. The service tech (Michael) was punctual, friendly, and helpful. Price was probably on par with other service providers, but they were very good about keeping me informed on parts and general scheduling. I would use them again.

Michael arrived on time diagnosed the problem with my washing machine,fixed it and gave me some insight of my washer and was gone in 35 minutes.

Erick was very friendly and courteous of my house. Put on shoe covers so not to track dirt in the house..he informed me of my problem...gave me a rough estimate..and they would send me a quote of what is would cost ...sent the quote a couple hours later..
