We had an excellent experience. We were able to book an appointment less than 24 hours out, on a Saturday. The technician quickly and professionally identified the cause of our washing machine issue, fixed it in less than an hour, and offered me helpful advice on washer and dryer maintenance.

Had a few issues with our fridge - water filter and ice maker not working. Called Mr Fix and they were super quick to come out and diagnosis the issue. The issues ended up being a little more comprehensive than anticipated but they followed through and got the job done. Really appreciate it.

Well this was the BEST repair service call I have had in years. Really. Showed up on time, respectful of my house, and most amazingly told me my old washer was still workable. The water leak I thought it had was actually an oil leak from the transmission, and as long as I didn't overload the machine, it should work fine and last for a while. They shared so much information, which is just so uncommon anymore. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend Mr. Fix!

After my last repair guy didn't want to touch the oven that I needed to get fixed I called reliance appliance and they sent their guy out the next day which was pretty quick and he was very professional courteous and effective. On the second visit when he came he was on time very professional and he installed the part very quickly. I'm more than satisfied with his work and the outcome of the repair and I would definitely recommend anybody to use this company and the future if I need any more appliance repairs I definitely going to contact this company thank you

I cannot praise Best Appliance Repair enough! My garbage disposal had been jammed for days, and I was frustrated trying to fix it myself. I called them, and they sent someone out the same day! The technician was punctual, courteous, and resolved the issue efficiently. The disposal works perfectly now. Excellent service all around; I will always recommend them!

Amine was excellent! I called late on a Friday afternoon and he was available the next day. Quickly diagnosed our oven issue and fixed it on the spot. Liom got to our home early. He looked over everything thoroughly and discovered that the problem was not at all with the washer but with the connection to the pipes, which we will now ask someone to fix. He was wonderfully personable, attentive, and professional the whole time. I will now only call him when I have a problem.

My repair person Eric even went above and beyond and fixed something else underneath the dishwasher that was making a weird sound when I closed it. He didn’t have to do that but he did unprompted. This is the kind of customer service I really appreciate.

Our fridge was not sufficiently cooling. My husband tried all the tricks we saw on youtube with no success. Called Best Appliance on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for noon on Saturday. Lamine called around 9:30 and said he could be there at 10 if that was ok......um....YES! Excellent!
He came in, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me clearly and then solved the issue quickly. He was out the door within a half hour. Lamine was professional, kind, and had exceptional manners.
