I was So impressed with the responsiveness of this repair. Our dryer was making terrible noises. Our repair person was courteous and knowledgeable and very willing to explain what he was doing. I appreciate that he shared tips on how to prevent this in the future and standard dryer care (clean those filters! ). It was a reasonable price and I am happy to refer them and contact them for any other appliance repairs!!

Called for a washer repair, they showed up in just an hour.The Tech was polite and professional. When the part came in , repairs were made. They didn't accept payment until a full load went through a complete cycle. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

Gas dryer repair. Booking an appointment was challenging at first. Finally booked and the repair tech was punctual as he came an hour earlier. He was kind and knowledgeable. He was done in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again

Overall we had an A+ experience!! Not only were they able to schedule a same day appointment but the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to fix our dryer within an hour. Would absolutely use them again and also refer them to friends and family.

I’d highly recommend MrFix Appliance Repair! I was able to get an appointment quickly and that fit my availability. They arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly. It was reasonably priced and everyone I dealt with was friendly and informative. I will keep in mind for future issues.

Had a pot of water boil over and cause a lot of sparks and fire on my electric oven, immediately causing the breaker to flip. Scheduled a repair with MrFix to help. Booking (and rescheduling when I booked wrong) was incredibly easy. They communicated with me the day of about expected time, and they were actually able to come earlier than expected which worked for me!

The tech Isaac was super professional and was able to immediately diagnose the issue, order a replacement part, and got the rest of my stove working again (minus the one problem burner) in less than 15 minutes.

Isaac was a great technician. Very informative and very knowledgeable at his job. Showed me and told me the things that was going on and everything that he was doing he told me what he was doing and for what . He kept me in the loop through rhe whole repair. I would really recommend this tech and the company to all my friends and family .

Needed a diagnosis on a dishwasher that wasn’t properly draining, resulting in water leaking out. Not only did they fit me into the schedule for the next day, but Isaac solved the problem by replacing the pump very efficiently. Appropriately priced and great communication. Definitely will call them with the next appliance need.

Arrived home from a trip and it is my habit to load the washer as I unpack.. this included my coat.. Imagine my dismay when the washer wouldn't drain. Googled and found Mr. Fix and scheduled the appt online last night. Fairly easy except for the find your timezone function that is quite wonky. They texted me multiple times and the tech called when he arrived EARLY! The tech, Isaac, was super nice and professional. My washer was fixed in less than an hour! And the price was quite reasonable and affordable. So glad I found them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

6/26 the fix so isn't working

Update: Washer isn't fixed it was just temporarily reset while parts on order. Waited for parts, the new part came and the tech says the supplier sent a defective part. So I'm without a washer and still waiting.

Easy to make an appointment. Was able to get an appointment the very next day. The automated booking system for appointments is easy to use. The technician confirmed and showed up on time. The issue was fixed quickly. Information about warranty was provided and recommendations in case of problems in the future. The price was fair for the service call. Billing concerns were addressed and fixed promptly.Our Maytag washer is now working.

The belt on my dryer came loose. I was given a reference (Mr. Fix-it) and called for an appointment. I was able to schedule within 2 days. The technician was early; he was able to repair the belt within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and cordial. The cost was reasonable.

I moved into a new home and inherited an existing washing machine that had demons. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my tech came in and efficiently diagnosed the issue, had the parts in his car and that was that. It was a reasonable price to not have to purchase a new machine while just having moved to a new place.
