Had emergency on Friday night, Oliver came out and was able to fix a leaky washer. Had parts on hand, professional, showed up on time. Explained the problem, diagnosed it, performed repair, great pricing. Will definitely use again if anything breaks. Great service, highly recommend!

Our dryer started to malfunction- we called and were set up with an appointment the next day. They needed to get the part and were able to source it that day. They came back and fixed the problem the very next day. Now the dryer works like new.

They were transparent on pricing and stood by their work (6month guarantee).

They weren’t cheap- but they were responsive, professional and fixed everything immediately. I highly would recommend them to anyone having appliance issues.

I called 2 weeks before thanksgiving, Oliver showed up diagnosed the problem on my stove, he said that the control board was bad, told me price to get it fixed, I agreed to the price, I was charged for the visit 65 dollars no problem, then a 55 dollar deposit to get new unit.
He came back couple days later to install new control board, that didn’t fix the issue, I was told that may have been a bad one ok let’s order a new one, I was told it was gonna take couple of weeks to get new control board due to the holidays.
After several calls to them I was told that they were gonna get back to me….. never happened….. they just took the money and walked away…… I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to get your appliances fixed.

The appointment was very fast the guy came out and knew the problem.Then came back a few days later actually earlier then expected and I was super excited.He got the job done quickly.I really appreciate his communication and professionalism I highly recommend

We had an issue with our washer and called this company. Technician Oliver came out very quickly and did an excellent job fixing it. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The washer is working perfectly now. Great service and fast response — highly recommend Oliver and this company!

Issue: clothes were soaking wet at the end of a complete cycle. Clothes had to be wrung out by hand.
Original appointment: Repairman sent notification with an ETA. Arrived within the scheduled window. Listened carefully to the issues and explained clearly the work required to fix the issues and the cost before work started. Work was completed. The fix appeared to work from the way he tested. The towels used to test appeared to be spun correctly. Cannot confirm that a normal wash/rinse/spin cycle was used to test the fix. Sixty day warranty. However, using the machine during a normal cycle revealed that the same issue still existed. Called and reported to dispatch. An appointment was scheduled. On the day of the appointment I called to inquire if the repairman was still coming out about 30 minutes past the appointment window. The dispatcher stated she'd contact the repairman so he would send an ETA. I even texted the repairman that did the original repair. No calls. No repairman showed up either. I gave 5 stars for the original visit, but dropping it to 2 stars. In my case, the 60 day warranty appears not to mean anything, if there is an issue with the repair. The repairman seemed to know what he was doing and he was professionally friendly. He did not have a computer to read the error code from the machine, which probably was part of the repair issue. The original appointment was scheduled based on the latest positive reviews. So based on the total experience, I will not be using them again.

One of our ovens was not getting hot. It's a new stove so we contacted Defender Appliance and was charged $165 for the heating system adjustment. A few days later, the oven was still not getting hot. We reached back out and were told a technician would come out. He never showed and never called. Contacted him again and we were told he had car trouble, and he'd come the next day between 12-3. Again, no call no show. Contacted the main office and requested a manager to contact us. No one ever did. This issue has been going on for three weeks. Contacted the main office again and requested a manager contact us (2nd request). The technician came out today and said everything is fine. Unfortunately, the oven only preheats to 350 and does not get any hotter. I was told now a new control board is needed since this remains an issue, but the technician continued to say everything is fine. He said they cannot offer a refund, but we don't think it's correct to charge someone to fix an appliance and after they pay, something else is wrong. If we knew there were more issues, we would have just replaced it. Now we are being told we cannot get a refund and still have a broken oven/stove.

They fix my washer and dryer. Reasonable prices, prompt, and knowledgeable. They had available parts with them which was great. I would definitely use them again.

Ryan was very nice and came the same day to fix my dryer. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it in a timely manner. The price was reasonable. I will call them again if I have any other issues in the future.

Oliver is super friendly and humble. All timelines were held appropriately. Customer service picked up the phone and arranged the appointment immediately. I called a few places and they were the only ones who picked up immediately. I will say that Oliver does tend to run on his own timeline during the day - I asked twice for a 2pm time but he came earlier. All that to say the job was done on time and done well. Used the washer three times already and no issue. Price was fair too.
