When my walkin went down the staff was very helpful and they were able to rearrange their schedule and get one of their technicians out that day. They saved a lot of my product. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent pricing and service. Two weeks the unit was in 4 days later it was fully installed by 12:00 noon. Start to finish was a sim p le and positive experience.

My commercial ice machine stopped working and I was sent in the direction of Atlantic by my friend Steve. After calling four other companies with no response, Robert called me right back and gave me an estimate using my description of the problem. The Technician came out, identified the problem, and already had the parts! My ice machine is operating like a champ and the repair price was fair. Thank you Atlantic!

I call to get the freezer fix at my church, thy assess the damages but couldn’t fix the issues. The services fee way paid, they order parts to put in the freezer, but it didn’t work, they come and take out the part and, they still want the Church to pay for a job not done. The three door freezer still there at the church not working.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Spoke to a woman on a Friday. They couldn't guarantee same day service - totally understandable. At her recommendation, I booked their first slot on Monday morning at 8:30am so as to have a time certain appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to be on site to let the repair person in. No one showed. When I called the office the woman - who was totally unapologetic - said that she did not have any record of my appointment and that the best they could do is to try to come out sometime during the day but she couldn't tell me what time. Now what? Do I sit here and wait for someone to show or call? They chard a significant "travel fee" and asked me to put my card on file when I made the appointment - now I know why!

Atlantic Refrigeration is a quality, trustworthy company that provides great service. I have been using them for 4 years in a large commercial kitchen and couldn't be happier. Their techs are well trained, complete repairs in a timely manner and always act professionally. They also have an emergency service call program 24/7 that can't be beat. I highly recommend this company.

Our ice maker at the bar has been down for awhile. Atlantic came out and the solution was an easy, affordable fix. They didn't try to sell us a bunch of parts or service that we didn't need. They sent Dave first who diagnosed, and then Jeremiah for the repair. He had it up and running in no time. 5 out of 5 stars!

The technicians were great! They identified the issue with our ice machine and ordered the replacement part during their first visit. When they returned a week later (ahead of the time estimated), the sensor was replaced and the machine is back to normal. We also found it easy to schedule an appointment and communication with the office was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic! We had scheduled a service a week in advance and they called letting us know that they had an opening much sooner that day and if we wanted a technician to come down. We said yes and had a technician come the same day and it was great. The technicians name was Jeremiah, he provided absolutely amazing service. We have many locations of businesses and worked with many different companies. This one in particular was different. Jeremiah went above and beyond with servicing our machine, as soon as he came in, he went straight to diagnosing the machine top to bottom. He gave us insight on how to properly maintain our icemaker and even showed us how our other refrigerators should be maintained. Once he figured out what was wrong with our machine, he explained to me exactly what part was broken and explained the functions of that specific part. He promptly and professionally overridden the broken part so that our business would be able to operate while we wait for the new part to come in. Absolutely exceptional customer service, I will definitely be recommending this company to my business partners and will be the first to call for any issues we may have in the future.
