I’ve called twice and each time the technician has been efficient and honest. Mr. Fix is now my go-to appliance repair.

I have a thermador range that I got when I renovate my house. Its had a couple tricky burners that haven’t really worked for quite some time, so I decided to finally get it looked at. The technician knew his stuff, and it became clear I didn’t have a snowballs chance in hell of doing this myself. He did good work, but got a faulty part, so had to come back and reinstall it. Did a great job overall and was really easy to schedule with, great service and really knowledgeable.

Great company. That fixed my dryer at a reasonable price. Had a few hiccups with ordering parts and communication, some out of their control. But in the end they made everything right and my dryer was fixed. Would recommend their service to friends.

Service was excellent! They were responsive, professional, arrived in a timely manner and able to fix the issue quickly. They explained and educated me on what needed to be fixed. This was a great experience.

We paid for a technician to come out and inspect 2 appliances. They said we would have an estimate for repairs within a day or so. It’s been over a week now and they have completely ghosted us on the estimate/repairs after securing nearly $200 in inspection fees($90 per appliance). We have reached out multiple times with no response.

Appliance repair worker can to my house quickly. The text system is very efficient. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called the company. He inspected my oven, find the issue right then and there. Went to his car for a new piece, installed the oven igniter and then my oven was working again. Very professional! I definitely recommend.

Matter resolved

Making the service appointment online was easy. The technician was on time, nice, and professional. The problem occurred when there was no follow up for the repair next steps. I called about a week later and didn't get an answer then received text messages from AI that was not helpful. A week after that, I received more AI texts about the parts for my washer machine was in stock but still no response on the repair cost balance just asking if I was available the next day.

The technician was very professional and did a very thorough job. They came out the next day.They had all of the tools needed to make the repair on the spot. Thanks again very happy customer. 10/10

The repairman showed up right on time and was super thorough and efficient with fixing both of my dryers. He gave me helpful advice as to how to extend the life of the dryers and went out of the way to make sure the replacement parts needed were high quality and durable. The man drove all around Philly trying to get the parts needed even though this was a late-night job, which I was able to book same-day. I will definitely be using their services again should I need them in the future!

Mr. Fix’s technician is awesome! It was difficult finding anyone to check out an old washer in a small house. They checked everything thoroughly, made repairs and it’s working perfectly again.

My WhirlPool washer was acting up. Isaac (sp?) came and fixed it at once. They were very easy to communicate with, asked me if service person could come earlier since they had finished their previous job. I am very happy with the service. Quick and very courteous! Thank you MrFix!
