Our GE-Cafe oven shut down in the middle of baking. After trying several services for help, none were able to come till much later. we called BBM appliances, Lamine came and fixed the problem right away! What a professional, kind, knowledgeable person! They will be our go to service from now on.

Slimane was extremely prompt and efficient. It's not the primary thing you look for in a repairman, but he also seemed like a very nice person. He arrived early (after checking to make sure that was okay), explained the problem, and was finished within 40 minutes. Now we have a working dryer again!

I had a fairly old but trusty Speed Queen that quit on my tenants. I called Best Appliance Repair over the weekend, and they were able to schedule a visit Tuesday morning. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. The ordered part arrived and was installed by Friday.

Slim was friendly and communicative the entire time. Invoices and updates were easily accessible via text/email.

Had a great experience with Best Appliance. The freezer in my 12-year-old fridge wasn't getting cold enough and we noticed it at an inconvenient time just a couple of days before the New Year's holiday. The tech came out the day after I called and quickly diagnosed the problem as either low freon or a bad condensor. A second, specialist tech, visited just after New Year's Day, topped off the system, and it now works perfectly again. Both techs were completely competent, professional, and so friendly - we even had a fun conversation while waiting about ten minutes for the condenser to start up! Their pricing is reasonable and I will definitely call these folks back the next time I need help with one of our appliances

I had acquired an expensive refrigerator from a previous tenant who owed me money. My new tenant had a problem with the refrigerator and freezer not cooling any more. I called Best Appliance and they were out there the next morning and diagnosed a compressor failure. Before just proceeding on with the repair, to save me money, they recommended I first check and see if the Samsung warranty was still active for the compressor, unfortunately when I checked it was not.

After learning that I was going to be paying 100,% of the repair bill, I asked for an estimate and they gave me a range, and explained why it could possibly be higher after they tested the new compressor install. Not only did they service it the day after I checked on the warranty status, they informed me that there was actually a leak in the hose from the old compressor, but that the new compressor came with the same new hose, so no more leak; making the final cost at the very bottom of what they quoted me. These are honest people, rare to find in today's environment!

Eric was on time and gave really good reference on what to be aware of on my dryer.

They couldn’t fix it but they still did a good job of informing the machine should just be replaced. It would be economical to do that than the costly repairs it required. Thanks guys for your competency and kindness
