I would like to share my great experience with Best Appliance Repair. They are the best for real!!! From the first phone call I made to the last hand shake with Lamine the repair person. He call me 30 minutes before the appointment time to let me know that he's is on his way. He got here 5mn before time. It took him 2 minutes to diagnose my dryer's issue, another 45 minutes to fix it.(He has to go and buy the part). It's has been a great professional service from Lamine. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I would like to share a brief and positive review for Best Appliance Repair. They did an outstanding job for my wife and me on the same day we contacted them. After two different local companies suggested we purchase a new appliance and claimed it wasn't worth fixing, we were fortunate to find Best Appliance Repair. Their approach was knowledgeable and effective. Technician Nicko arrived well-prepared, properly flushed the system, and added R600 freon. My fridge is now performing like new!

One of the best appliance repair experiences I’ve ever had!

Best Appliance Repair company was contracted to come work on a malfunctioning dish washer. Amine came right on time, was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He gave me honest quotes for the repairs, and several possible options to choose from along with their price ranges (which were very fair).

What really did it for me - I was working on building a package anti-theft device right around the time he came. I realized that I didn’t have some of the necessary tools, and he literally gave me two screwdrivers to keep, and even helped me finish my project after he was done. This was totally above and beyond service, and he was kind and trustworthy the whole time. Definitely a customer for life now!

Called on a Saturday a tech came out and was able to fix my oven on the spot - he had the available part with him- he was accommodating very courteous and obviously knew what he was doing - I highly recommend this service !

My washer starting leaking out the back, and they were able to send someone the same day. Zed was courteous and professional as he showed me what was wrong with my washer. Alas, it seems my washer is on its last legs, but I very much appreciate understanding what happened, what my options are, and what costs are involved. Definitely my first call next time an appliance breaks down. Highly recommend—especially Zed!
