I hired him for a gravel pad project. The scope of the project was described to him before he qouted his price. I thought price was high but I needed that done. His task was not that complicated. It was a pure labor job, with all material on site. It’s less than a days job for a team of two. When he arrived, he was surprised with the scope of the work. Not reliable, I wonder what kind of landscaping experience he has. I’m mad at the price he quoted me for the scope he thought it was. Somehow contractor quotes has no touch of reality in this area.
