They did great work in my kitchen and kitchen bathroom. Everything was done in a good amount of time and since I didn’t really know what I wanted they gave me ideas. It all came together for an updated kitchen and half bathroom. Highly recommend!

Renaissance Company did an amazing job installing a full bathroom in our dining room for my 90-year-old mother. They also changed the way we access the basement to make everything easier. Now she doesn't have to go upstairs to use the bathroom, and it looks like it was always part of the house. Beautiful work and very thoughtful design!

Willie Bady and his team did a masterful job on our new kitchen and porch. Willie is as much of a designer as he is a master builder/renovator. He worked with my wife to build on her vision for a new kitchen, and contributed a number of "tweaks" that took it over the top. (One nice touch - of many! - was a custom, highly detailed grid that Willie made from oak to cover a radiator hidden behind our new sink. Moving the radiator would have been very expensive, but thanks to Willie we have a terrific and great-looking solution - our radiator is now out of sight and still warms the kitchen effectively.)

As for the porch, this is where Willie's vision and experience really shined. He tore down our old porch completely, and helped us create not just a new screened-in porch, but essentially a new room in our house. I'm sure it's added $20,000 or more to the value of our home. We use it almost any day the temperature isn't too cold. An example of his ability to build on a vision: My wife and I had always thought we'd have a basic set of stairs from the porch to our patio, much like we'd had before. Instead, Willie suggested we build a wide set of stairs that could be used in two directions, depending on which side of our patio we wanted to go to. The new set of stairs is really elegant, and practical, too!

As for customer service, Wille's team was always on time, communicated well, were polite, friendly, and treated our house with great care. And the price was very reasonable. We'd been burned by other contractors in the past, so the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. We'd definitely use Renaissance again!

The Renaissance company was very professional and did an excellent job completing unfinished work done by other contractors that did work for me. I am so pleased on how they installed a laundry room upstairs in my home instead of being placed in the basement of my home. Also, they provided me with professional sanding of my hardwood floors, that looked horrible before the Renaissance Inc. they completely restored my hardware woods to look brand new. In closing, I would definitely recommend this company to complete any restoration’s needed in your home!

Willie and the Renaissance Company were amazing! I had been dealing with the city for YEARS to construct a small elevated deck, and my previous contractor dropped out. I was referred to Willie, and he responded to my request immediately. His quote was very fair, and was able to start right away, which I really appreciated after waiting so long to have this deck built. He completed the work timely, and I'm extremely happy with the results. We liked his work so much, we asked him to also replace the carpet on our stairs with hardwood. He gave us good advice on how to proceed, and the results were better than we could have imagined. The project was complicated as there were 3 sets of stairs to replace, including stairs that spiral around a corner. Everything looks very custom to the house, and again, he was able to complete the work in the time he quoted us. It's clear that he truly enjoys what he is doing and is an expert in his craft. I highly recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate to reach out for the next housing project we have.

Willie Bady and his crew did a great job renovating our bathroom. (We're repeat customers; he also did great work on our general condo renovation back in 2020.) He installed a new walk-in shower, helped us pick out tile and fixtures, and made sure everything got done right.

I recently had my tub removed and a new shower installed in my main bathroom. Before choosing a contractor, I had several companies come out to look at the project. The biggest concern for me was keeping my existing window - I did not want it closed off or removed.
Renaissance Company was the only contractor that came up with a smart solution to keep the window and still create a beautiful, functional shower.Their work came out excellent.The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall professionalism truly impressed me.

I never write reviews, but felt it was a small way I could show my appreciation for Willie and team. They did a great job from start to finish with my basement renovation! The renovation included installing new wood flooring, drywall, paint, electricity and custom media walls. The team got to work and never stopped until every detail of the job was done. After every day they made sure everything was cleaned up. Everyone on the team had different levels of expertise needed for the job. From carpentry to level 5 ceiling repair…the team was perfectly balanced and gifted in their craft. Before the job was completed Willie went through every detail with a fine tooth comb to make sure the renovations met his standard of excellence. My family and I have been very please with the results, look forward to future projects with the team.

My wife and I made an excellent decision when we decided to hire Willie Baddy and the Renaissance Company to renovate our new house. This was a somewhat unusual circumstance as we had never seen the house in person, only over Zoom as our realtor walked through the house. We were living in Texas at the time and were coordinating both the purchase and the renovation of the house long distance; we had not even met Willie in person, although we did check his references, which were excellent.

The house is a 1929 Tudor Revival home that needed lots of TLC and re-configuring prior to moving in, however, we did want to keep as many of the original features and character of the house as possible. Willie helped with some of the design features, even making a custom cabinet in the kitchen to hold our ovens, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as surprising us with a custom ceiling detail over the new island.

The project consisted of installing central air with a heat pump, replacing all the windows in the house, removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, opening up a walkway between the kitchen and family room, completely gutting the kitchen and installing a brand new kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space, turning the garage space into a large pantry/laundry room and workroom with outside access doors, refinishing all the hardwood floors, finding old wood to put down in the kitchen and feathering them into the existing wood of the dining area, installing ceiling lights, sconces and replacing chandeliers, finishing off the 3rd floor with 3 separate rooms and new flooring, and replacing the hardware on the front door.

Having such a large project and no real way to communicate with Willie other than texts, emails and the occasional Zoom call was pretty nerve racking, but Willie was amazing. He helped us to prioritize our wish list, sent us pictures of everything as he went along, even on Saturday and Sunday evenings, he responded quickly to requests and concerns, and the house came out beautifully. Willie is a man of integrity and a pleasure to work with; when one of the workers accidentally damaged our new stove vent hood, Willie quickly ordered a new one to replace the unit without any prompting from me. We are so happy with the results and are looking forward to having Willie help us with stage two in the future. I highly recommend Willie and the Renaissance Company for any remodeling project you might have.

We're grateful! We needed a powder roon added to the 1st floor. Mr. Bady came up with a good solution of where to install it without severely shrinking the size of the living room. He and his coworker came at agreed time every day. Mr. Bady has a good eye for the style and decor, yet at the same time respectful of my wishes.
