I have known George’s son for years, some of the most reliable and respectful people in the business! Very upfront people.

I made an appointment for this company to look at a roofing/siding issue. No one showed up. I scheduled another appointment and confirmed the day before. Again, THEY DIDN’T SHOW. I guess I’m glad I learned how unreliable Logan Construction is before they started working on my house.

Great experience dealing with Logan Construction….work was done beautifully, quickly, neatly and at a very fair price. Could not be happier!!!

Logan construction did a great job of reparing my floor joists. I needed the work done fast and they really came through for me with high quality workmanship.

Needed stucco repaired and painted on my rear rowhome wall. Got a quote on a Monday, job was done by Thursday. The crew was fast, clean, and polite. I would hire again!

George and his team are excellent. So far, I've hired them for electrical work, some stuff for our roof, fixing and painting stucco, and built a wall, and two emergencies handled well. Their work was quick and clean every time. My wife and I will be hiring them for more work.

I used these guys to completely gut and remodel my kitchen. The craftsmanship is amazing and the final result exceeded my expectations. They kept everything clean throughout the entire process and all the workers were great. I plan on having them back soon to do my bathroom! Would definitely recommend these guys!

Logan construction were very professional, well priced and good quality of workmanship. I will be using them again as projects come up. The workers were friendly and courteous. When they were done, they cleaned up the area. I would recommend Logan to anyone.

We used Logan Construction to finish our hallway and skylights after we had a new roof installed. George and his crew were great, very responsive, good craftmanship, and communication was always prompt.

When we bought our home in Fishtown we were in need of someone to help with stucco remediation. After talking with a few people, with went with Logan because their pricing was fair and they were very responsive.

Four years later, his team has worked on many projects for us, including: hardwood floor installation, railing installation, tiling, appliance installation, dry wall repair, masonry, to name a few.

The fact that we keep coming back to them says a lot. It's also nice to see George and his team around town; we always stop and chat. In a time when contractors seem to disappear and cut corners, it nice to have someone you can rely on.

We used Logan Construction to remove stucco on the exterior of our home and replace with siding. This was a big job. We were SO HAPPY with how much care was taken to do the everything right. Everyone was so friendly and informative throughout the whole process. The end result was amazing. I have been using Logan Construction for several years and will continue to do so - they are the only ones I trust.

I hired George and his team for multiple exterior projects on my home. George and team were very professional, on time had great communication and stand behind there work. It was the best experience working with a contractor. George does great work has an excellent and reliable network and team.

Had my basement floors redone they were quick and did high quality work cleaned up after themselves would 100% hire them again

George did a fantastic job updating my facade. He handled all the permits efficiently and was completely honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Even after the project was finished, George returned to address any final touch-ups to meet my inspector’s requirements. I highly recommend his services!

George and his crew were absolutely wonderful! We were having water issues on a bump-out balcony where both the floor of the balcony and the stucco on the outside were starting to fail. He gave an extremely fair quote to replace the stucco with hardie board and replace the floor of the balcony with roofing material so we would not have to worry in the future. His crew was punctual and very communicative over all of the steps and cleaned up at the end of each day, keeping our property looking very nice throughout. I would recommend George to anyone and am already brainstorming other projects that need to be completed!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOGAN CONSTRUCTION! They rebuilt and recoated the roof of the pilot house on my roof deck because the rotted wood was causing leaks. They also applied a rubber roof coating to my entire roof deck. They did a fantastic job!

Communication about the job was great - they are extremely responsive. Pricing is very reasonable. The workers were awesome and were very respectful while they were in my home completing the work.

We were looking for someone to renovation our kitchen for almost two yeas and I'm so happy we found George! His team was fast, reliable, professional, and did incredible work, and George is a great communicator. We can't wait to work with them again on a future project.
