I had a leak in my roof and not only did Keith respond quickly to my inquiry but came out and within 48hrs of my estimate the repairs were made. Will definitely be utilizing this company again. As a homeowner you need to have a reliable contractor and this is definitely it!

Emanuel was professional and on time. He helped me to get exactly the result I was looking for by helping me understand what could be done. He did the electrical work on a deal had in North Philly. I quickly found out he was able to do much more, after some miner issues on my part. He took over my rehab and completed it on time, but mostly, ON BUDGET!! That was 3 bathrooms, kitchen and flooring. I’ll use his company every single time for as long as I can. Great work

I highly recommend Albani Construction & Development. They came out gave a reasonable quote. Once we scheduled appointment, they kept in touch via text message. They repaired and replaced some boards on my stairs to the basement. They were in and out without any fuss. They have Zelle as a payment option.

I’m happy to share my experience on Albani Construction. My kitchen did not have a dishwasher and to install a dishwashing machine where none ever existed required a carpenter and plumber. So imagine my happiness Val, the Contractor, is both a skilled carpenter and plumber! It has been 4 months now and still pleased with Val’s work. I just love, love, love contractors who are good at what they do. Going forth, I’ll always call Albani Construction. Thank you, Val!

Val and Dino relocated our laundry, installed lighting and installed a half bath (with sink) in the basement. They were respectful and did a beautiful job. They were reasonable with costs, and communicated any issues or suggestions clearly. Completion of the project took a little longer than expected, but some of it was out of their control (like COVID). Overall, we recommend Albani C&D!

The Albani brothers took my outdated kitchen down to the studs and created a masterpiece. We are very happy with our completed kitchen. The work was done in a timely fashion and no detail was overlooked. Communication was clear and any issues were addressed immediately. Great workmanship and attitude. We will definitely use them for future jobs.

So, their service is terrible and the people here do not know how to resolve a problem. They've had me with the same problem since june of 2012 and now its late september of 2012. In the end, I had to return a whole kitchen, because they never fixed the problem. The cabinets would be delivered to my house, all broken. The people id speak to gave me an attitude, one even said, and I Quote "why are you bringing them late in the afternoon?". Well maybe because I have work?? They obviously do not want to do their job. Really frustated, I don't have a kitchen for 5 months because no one wants to do their job.
