This company is incredible. I am a Hotel Manager who has struggled with finding a reliable fire panel service company for quite some time. Our previous vendor could never seem to find the right solution and it caused internal concerns and uncertainty with our own system. Even after the initial consultation I had with Ryan and his team I knew that his experience and knowledge was well above that of the previous companies I had worked with before. Ryan was extremely communicative, detailed and thorough with everything that he did. I had them do an entire system check/walk through on our property and the efficiently determined and corrected all of the deficiencies that had been stumping previous technicians from other large name companies. They also completed all of this on a short turn around time as they wanted to make sure our building was good to go. Ryan and his team have completely restored our confidence in our equipment and have given me peace of mind. Ryan and his associate completed an inspection and later a thorough updating of my fire alarm system. They showed up on time, the work was completed quickly, neatly, and exactly as expected. I was impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness of it considering how much was done. Ryan thoroughly explained the system to me, and made sure I was clear on what was what. RTN will be my go-to for service and inspections going forward. Highly recommend.

Called company for annual fire inspection in a small commercial building. I was fooled by the 5* ratings. As soon as he walked into this brand new state of the art renovation building he started to act as the L & I inspector. He suggested to revamp the brand new system installed because our system was not good? I told Ryan the building passed ALL inspection by L and I and has been successfully inspected by a reputable company.
I asked Ryan if the system installed was not up to standard why did L & I and a reputable licensed fire company passed us for 2 years in a row? He responded he knows more than the City inspectors! What? I have never written such a lengthy review for any company. But it is necessary to share my sad story here.
The reason I wanted to change was flexibility of appointments with my previous company.
Ryan is a salesman and after sitting down with me for several hours trying to convince me to buy his version of upgrade that after only 2 years of installing brand new fire systems which could cost thousands of dollars ($7,200), I felt like I have been conned. All what I asked him to do is simple annual inspection.
I refused the above estimate. As a result of not going with his new upgrade which was absolutely unnecessary, he charged $370 (240 for the certificate, which I never received because Ryan turned a city LI inspector failed our system and 130 for the exit lights). Beware he does not service fire extinguishers so you will need another company. It was shocking and painful. He knew I would write a a negative review, so he attempted to give the money back to silence me? He never gave my money back. I wouldn't have accepted it anyway. I went back to my old company and it's been smooth and I am very happy and yes no need to upgrade a new system. I therefore, do not recommend this company because of the pain and deception he put me true. My advice to Ryan and RTN is please be honest with customers and to people who call your company. Don't try to sell them services and upgrades that are not necessary.

I’m a small portfolio landlord in Philadelphia and I have worked with RTN Fire Alarm for a few years. First service call was to fix previous fire alarm company’s negligence. I did end up going with a brand new fire alarm system to correct the issue. Ryan stands out of from others in professionalism, promptness, knowledge. The execution is 10 out 10. His rates are very reasonable and I do NOW believe you get what you pay for. I find great value working with Ryan. Don’t hesitate and give him a call.

RTN is truly an amazing company to work with. We had an issue with our Fire Panel. Ryan relentlessly attempted to diagnose the issue. He was extremely busy on another project but was able to squeeze us in when he had time. Long story short, Ryan diagnosed and fixed the issue and got the panel functional.

Ryan was so helpful today. He explained what my violations on my building require and how he could get it done. Cordial and professional. I highly recommend this fire alarm specialized company.

I met Ryan while he was doing a job next to my business and had a small problem with my outdoor strobe light. He went out of his way and made sure he fixed it for me with no hesitation. Our strobe light is now fixed with no water interino it as it was something that could had led to a big problem later in the future. I definitely recommend this company and appreciate him very much for helping me out with this problem. Make sure you get your devices with them as they love what they do and most importantly they do it the right way.
