I contacted Our Handyman Services and Jafar instantly replied the same day. I needed help installing a window ac built into the wall. He showed up on time and did great work. He went the extra mile to provide sufficient installation around the ac, and even touched up paint around it. He is such a genuine and honest guy. I’ve never seen a handyman that not only overcharges for services with his new payment system… but ALSO will leave behind garbage for you to clean! He bought 2 light fixtures and installed one but left behind a completely brand new light fixture. He will overcharge you every chance he gets. Don’t use him EVER! You are better off finding another handyman. Look at all the mess he left! Would you hire someone like this? I would never recommend my family and friends to use this business. People are money hungry!!

We hired Our Neighborhood Handyman for a full bathroom remodel in our Philly home, and they absolutely delivered. The team was punctual, professional, and kept the space clean. Tom and his team recently retiled the kitchen floor in our old rowhome, and did an excellent job. When the old tile was removed, they discovered significant water damage to one of the floor joists and were very transparent about the issue. They helped coordinate the repair and made sure everything was addressed properly before continuing the work. During this process they subcontracted the repair work to a couple of other reputable contractors for plumbing and carpentry, who were all equally great to work with and did top-notch work for a fair price.

The finished floor looks fantastic and the installation quality is excellent. Professional, communicative, and clearly focused on doing the job the right way. I would highly recommend Tom!

Tom and his team did a fantastic job tiling my kitchen and bath. The removed the existing tile, added a backsplash, and did all the floors. They communicate clearly with you the whole process and do extremely diligent work with a high attention to detail. They worked efficiently but don’t cut corners. At one point the tile pattern was slightly off, and they pulled the whole thing out and made it look exactly right. I wouldn’t have even noticed but they care deeply about the quality of the work and your satisfaction with the final product. Tom is absolute professional and I’m so happy I hired him and his team for the job!
