Mr. Talley was a huge help to me not only in the execution of the construction work I needed done, but also in determining a property to invest in. He met and gave me quotes for a couple different properties as Iooked for one that would work best for me and my budget. I was comforted in my decision in purchasing a property that needed work knowing I would have the assistance of Mr. Talley and his team. The work that I needed done included roofing, hvac, bathroom remodels, window installation, and more. Mr. Talley and his team flawlessy brought my duplex up to code and tenant ready. The work spanned across a few months, but any delay was accompanied by additional effort elsewhere which I greatly appreciated. My costs stayed within my budget and a year later the work that was done is holding up very well. I would certainly recommend his work for future projects.
