I needed work done on my house so I could put it on the market for sale and I hired Above All Property Solutions. Amazing cabinetry and trim work, fixed my leaky bathroom faucet, replaced my outdoor faucet, replaced and installed bathroom medicine cabinet and did a great job deep cleaning my house. Diligent and thorough, while working around your schedule available 24/7. Highly recommend for any maintenance, management and general contracting needs!

Had an outstanding experience with this company. Colin burke came to my apartment in University City Philadelphia and installed a mount for my new tv. Not only was he extremely professional and courteous but he got the job done in a timely manner. On top of that, when the installation was complete, he even helped me set up my tv! That is above and beyond to me. Would highly recommend this company to to anyone.

I had an electrical wiring issue which was caused by the contractor who renovated my house. I called Colin and it took him for 15 minutes to solve and fix the issue. His rate is also quite reasonable compared to other contractors in my area. He is responsive, quick and honest!. I strongly suggest him as a general contractor.

We recently had an issue with our electric after having some work done at our house. Colin was extremely responsive, came out quickly and fixed the problem in no time! He had great suggestions and made some adjustments to make sure we didn’t run into any issues again with our outlets. It was a small problem but an excellent experience and we will definitely be using above all again for any electric or home improvement needs!

I had Avi come by and re-groute a shower that desperately needed repair for a future sale. He came by, got supplies needed and finish in one day, to my surprise. The shower looks absolutely amazing I cannot thank him enough for taking care of that! I appreciate all of your hard work Avi.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I called for an estimate to have two small bathroom ceilings painted. The man who called me back was extremely rude and obnoxious!! He quoted me a price of almost $400 PER ceiling and claimed it would take 6 hours to paint two small bathroom ceilings. He clearly just didn’t want to do the job. When I acted shocked by his estimate he harassed me until I gave him a number. He then proceeded to state that I should find a random person off the street near Home Depot and abruptly hung up. IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONALISM DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!

All work was completed in a timely fashion with quality results. The provider was very clear in his descriptions of what had to be done, and any questions were answered promptly. Cleanup was
Impeccable.

Had a great experience with Sean who fabricated a custom door molding for our home in Yardley. The end product (not yet painted in the attached photo) came out looking fantastic. Neighbors have stopped to tell us how good it looks. Sean was prompt, communicative, and thoroughly detailed. He also went above and beyond and plastic-wrapped the work-in-progress when the forecast changed and called for rain. In a world of goofballs in pickup trucks calling themselves a "contractor," it is refreshing to meet someone who takes their craft seriously and delivers on what they say. Do yourself a favor, hire an actual professional like Sean.

Sean's crew did a full gut and remodel of my bathroom. Couldn't have made a better choice of contractor.
