We were so thankful for Melvin for coming down trouble the issue with our power. Parts of the power in our house is down including heat. They came fast and fixed the issue right away. Malvin set up my Ring flood lights and cameras for my home and he did a fantastic job. He was prompt, respectful and professional. He made sure all cameras were linked to my home system before packing up after the job was complete. Gladly would recommend him to friends / family for safe and efficient electrical work. Allied Protech on a holiday weekend and they were able to come out to fix our issues. I didn’t feel robbed for it being a holiday and they were out to our house within an hour to fix our problem. Malvin was awesome! He was quick knowledgeable clean and helpful. I will definitely be using him and this company again for any future needs and be recommending to any friends or family.

We had three light fixtures installed. Malvin was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions throughout the process. The price was very fair, too. I would definitely use Protech again in the future. I have been burned many times with different businesses I've called to do work on our house, so it was great to find a place that was responsive and reliable. The only small issue was that there seemed to be some confusion with the office on two occasions. They told me Malvin would arrive between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for the estimate, but he ended up coming around 8 a.m. Also, I wasn't called ahead of time on the day the work was scheduled. The office told me that the technician would call 30 minutes ahead of time, but Malvin said the office was supposed to have called me. Neither thing was a big deal, it just seemed like maybe there was some miscommunication happening. Anyway, the work was done well and on time which was the most important thing!

I found out about Protech Electrical Services on Google. Was looking for an electrical service place in Northeast Philly. This company is awesome. My mom was getting an electric hospital bed delivered today and I noticed the outlet it needed to go into was shoddy and outdated. Protech Electrical installed an indoor GFCI for the bed to go into and I also had them replace an outdated TR outlet in the living room. The technicians were polite, mannerly and did the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and hand-vacuumed. I also was emailed a nice invoice showing how much everything cost and even a photo of the before and after photos and a copy of my check. Well done!! I highly recommend this Protech Electrical Services. I will be calling them again for sure!!

We hired Protech Electrical Services to repair and switch a few outlets in our home. Malvin was very responsive since our initial contact. He was professional and very polite. He was able to fix our issue very quickly with no problems. We even hired him again to come out to install timers on our outside lights. Highly recommend!

I just bought a home that needed work ... from the beginning the guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They went over the long home inspection report and gave me a price. The workers began work immediately and completed everything on that list in a good amount of time. The work was professional and done following proper safety guidelines. Thanks to thier great work I now feel safe enough have my toddler over.

He arrived to my house promptly within the proposed time frame, and thoroughly explained what would be necessary for the repair. I loved working with Ray. He was super respectful with my house. I left him and his crew work in my house while my spouse and I left for work. He made sure our cats didn't escape and he didn't leave any mess which was a big deal for us. We got all new flush led lights installed in our house, dimmer switches and capping a ton of exisitng light fixtures. We were well aware there is no patch and paint so our carpenter is doing that for us. His pricing is very fair and just amazing to work with. Will definitely be reaching out to him for all my electrical needs. Hire Ray!!!

These guys are the best. I've used them a number of times throughout my years of renovations. They have excellent customer service and responsiveness and they are very reasonably priced. Most recently, I've had a small ask, one which many electricians probably wouldn't have even returned my call about - but they came out that same week, addressed the need, and didn't even charge me! Again, these guys are not only pros but they genuinely care about keeping their customers happy.

Several outlets weren’t receiving power and the ProTech technician was about to come out the next day to identify the issue and provide a solution. Great customer service and very transparent. Definitely cares about their customers and providing the best possible service. Will be using their services again in the future.

Our Pro-tech electrician helped us hided a previously raised wire (in a crooked wire-mold) that had been an eye-sore in our kitchen so that we can put a backsplash behind our counter without having to navigate around the awkward wire-mold. He also helped us replace a GFCI that we didn't realize had a burn mark on it. He was professional and explained all possible options before doing the work. He also cleaned his mess before leaving. The work is pictured here part way through the project, before he reattached the GFCI- we're all ready to install the backsplash now.

The job had to be postponed several times due to the weather but every time I was kept up to date with enough time to reschedule my day. Once the job was finished I was explained every detail of how it was done and the process of where my new breakers were located. I was also provided with options for other jobs I need in the future. Overall, very satisfied. Great job.
