Great service very knowledgeable crew at the front desk to the point where I can tell them what type of job I’m doing and they’ll fill in the blanks and make sure I leave with all the materials to get it done.

The service reps were very helpful, courteous, patient, and understanding when I wasn't sure of a problem I had. When I had to return some one else waited on me and followed through and understood as well. They made me feel comfortable. I liked that.

Unprofessional, and just plain ignorant on the phone. I called and asked if they had items in stock and what the estimate would be as an independent contractor. Imediatly became defensive and put me on hold. Tone was deffinitly out of place. Find a different job if you really dislike this one that bad.
