Logan construction were very professional, well priced and good quality of workmanship. I will be using them again as projects come up. The workers were friendly and courteous. When they were done, they cleaned up the area. I would recommend Logan to anyone.

We used Logan Construction to finish our hallway and skylights after we had a new roof installed. George and his crew were great, very responsive, good craftmanship, and communication was always prompt.

When we bought our home in Fishtown we were in need of someone to help with stucco remediation. After talking with a few people, with went with Logan because their pricing was fair and they were very responsive.

Four years later, his team has worked on many projects for us, including: hardwood floor installation, railing installation, tiling, appliance installation, dry wall repair, masonry, to name a few.

The fact that we keep coming back to them says a lot. It's also nice to see George and his team around town; we always stop and chat. In a time when contractors seem to disappear and cut corners, it nice to have someone you can rely on.

We used Logan Construction to remove stucco on the exterior of our home and replace with siding. This was a big job. We were SO HAPPY with how much care was taken to do the everything right. Everyone was so friendly and informative throughout the whole process. The end result was amazing. I have been using Logan Construction for several years and will continue to do so - they are the only ones I trust.

I hired George and his team for multiple exterior projects on my home. George and team were very professional, on time had great communication and stand behind there work. It was the best experience working with a contractor. George does great work has an excellent and reliable network and team.

Had my basement floors redone they were quick and did high quality work cleaned up after themselves would 100% hire them again

George did a fantastic job updating my facade. He handled all the permits efficiently and was completely honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Even after the project was finished, George returned to address any final touch-ups to meet my inspector’s requirements. I highly recommend his services!

George and his crew were absolutely wonderful! We were having water issues on a bump-out balcony where both the floor of the balcony and the stucco on the outside were starting to fail. He gave an extremely fair quote to replace the stucco with hardie board and replace the floor of the balcony with roofing material so we would not have to worry in the future. His crew was punctual and very communicative over all of the steps and cleaned up at the end of each day, keeping our property looking very nice throughout. I would recommend George to anyone and am already brainstorming other projects that need to be completed!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOGAN CONSTRUCTION! They rebuilt and recoated the roof of the pilot house on my roof deck because the rotted wood was causing leaks. They also applied a rubber roof coating to my entire roof deck. They did a fantastic job!

Communication about the job was great - they are extremely responsive. Pricing is very reasonable. The workers were awesome and were very respectful while they were in my home completing the work.

I love everything about Logan Construction! I’ve had my entire house redone in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. George and his crew are so respectful, professional, and punctual. The team replaced the fascia on my roof, installed a new gutter system, patched up the center of my roof, put capping on a window and sealed some leaking bricks. George was very responsive and the team was fast and efficient. They were also much more affordable than another estimate. When I noticed the new gutter system they installed was leaking, they came out the next day to fix it. I’m very satisfied with their work and communication, and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Logan Construction. I hired them to replace the windows and repair the exterior brickwork surrounding the windows on our 80-plus-year-old home. I received quotes and opinions from several contractors, but I didn’t feel comfortable with any of them until I spoke with George Logan. His price was very reasonable, and after speaking with a reference who had similar work done, I felt confident moving forward.

When the project began, a few unexpected issues came up — which can happen with any construction job, especially on an older home with decades of previous work — but George, his son George, and their entire team handled everything professionally. They navigated the challenges, completed the additional work beautifully, and took care of every detail, including painting around the new windows both inside and out, as well as painting our repaired chimney that had been worked on by another company.

We absolutely love our new windows and the refreshed exterior of our home. The end result was fantastic, and I would 1000% use Logan Construction again because I truly trust them to get the job done right.

Logan Construction provided the best contracting work I have ever had on any of my homes. George Logan started by taking the time to do an extensive examination, after which he provided a free and very detailed estimate of the work to be done, and how long it would take. Throughout the whole project that followed, George and his workers maintained high standards in all work performed, stuck to the original estimate exactly, and remained cheerful and friendly throughout.
The work that was done included: new torch-down rubber roof, complete repointing of brickwork on front of house, painting of trim, new front doorway, and complete rebuilding of old front steps. In the rear, the entire walls were stuccoed absolutely smooth, bad windows replaced, and all widows capped. Also new exterior plumbing stack and gutter. All work was pristine, completed on time and on budget, and all waste/debris promptly removed at no extra cost. Please see pictures.

They came in and got straight to work, were super friendly, and made sure to clean up after themselves every day. Their professionalism and quality of work really stood out. My kitchen was in desperate need of a full remodel after finally being able to afford to get the job done myself and my husband then had to find the right contractor after searching and getting a few quotes we found Ron and his company Precision Contracting. We told him our budget and we collaborated to come up with the floor plan and design of our new and improved kitchen. I have 4 boys one being an 4 month old infant. Ron and his team were very professional and Responsive to me he always answered his phone if I had a question about anything. I want to say thank you to Ron and Omar for helping to make my dream kitchen a reality. That being said I highly recommend Ron and his team at Precision Contracting you will not regret it great work!
