Nice work but, left job unfinished without warning. Willie Bady lacks professionalism. I found he subcontracts all his work and fails to pay subcontracts therefore work doesn't get completed. Willie Bady is arrogant, egotistical and a liar. And is overcharges for the work. I would not recommend him for anything. I rate him a minus 0.

I recently hired Renaissance Company to remodel my home, and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They removed the wall between my old kitchen and dining room creating a spacious layout where they installed a beautiful larger kitchen. On top of that they added a powder room on my first floor which was a wonderful upgrade.
The craftsmanship was excellent from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result looks like it was always meant to be that way. The team was professional, reliable and respectful throughout the project. Renaissance Company truly delivered beyond my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality renovation work.

Mr. Bady and his team turned my power room into an unbelieve funtional and lovely bathroom. He changed my coat closet into an up todate shower with glass door, beautiful tile and a stone seat. He had to move walls, heating registers, and make changes to the water pipe in our basement with minimal changes to the basement ceiling. He made sure that the new toilet and shower met all the requiremens for the safety of senior citizens. He installed a new sink and medicine cabinet. He also updated the room next to the former power room into a bedroom. My 95 year old husband needed to be on our first floor for his safety. He replaced door in the bedroom and bathroom. He also created a new coat closet in our living room. The work was competed in the time-frame agreed upon. We are delighted with his vision and the completed work.

Renaissance renovated my entire childhood home. The updated work was quality and creatively designed and redesigned in a 100 year old house. It was small row home but a job restoring and upgrading that was completed in a timely manner into a comfortable embrace home.

I had a bathroom added to my 3rd floor and was pleased with how easy it was to collaborate with my ideas on the project. Love our kitchen. Willie has a very creative mind when it comes to design. Our kitchen remodeling was a major construction job, which was completed a few years back. Walls knocked, steps moved... My request was to bring the outdoors in. He created a lovely window seat with a large window, thus creating a great view of our nature filled backyard.

Had an old warehouse I turned into art studio. They cleaned old concrete, added windows, insulation, and nice floors. Now it's bright and warm. Artists love working there. They stuck to my timeline, responded fast, and showed real craftsmanship.

I recently hired Willie to work on my house, and overall, I’m very pleased with the results. We had an older front door where the jam rotted and door sagged. He rebuilt the entire door frame and was able salvaged the original door. The quality of the work was solid, and he paid attention to the details, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the process; he kept me updated on progress and made sure I was always in the loop. He was also punctual, showing up when he said he would, which is always a huge plus. Overall, he was professional, courteous, and respectful of my space. I would definitely recommend him and would hire him again in the future!

Just had Mr. Will over to remove a wooden negative-pitch porch that pooled water and replace it with a much nicer reinforced-concrete porch that now allows water to drain off. Mr. Will's team also filled some concrete repairs on the steps and at the front of the house. Mr. Will's team is professional and very friendly. His team cleaned everything up, nice and tidy. Mr. Will is very knowledgeable and was able to answer other questions I had about the house. We just bought the house in August and Mr. Will looked through some of the other contractors work when he first arrived and explained the quality of their work. I would 10/10 recommend Mr. Will for any and all contract work you possibly need done. I look forward to having him and his team back out here again to replace a basement window soon.

They did great work in my kitchen and kitchen bathroom. Everything was done in a good amount of time and since I didn’t really know what I wanted they gave me ideas. It all came together for an updated kitchen and half bathroom. Highly recommend!

Renaissance Company did an amazing job installing a full bathroom in our dining room for my 90-year-old mother. They also changed the way we access the basement to make everything easier. Now she doesn't have to go upstairs to use the bathroom, and it looks like it was always part of the house. Beautiful work and very thoughtful design!

Willie Bady and his team did a masterful job on our new kitchen and porch. Willie is as much of a designer as he is a master builder/renovator. He worked with my wife to build on her vision for a new kitchen, and contributed a number of "tweaks" that took it over the top. (One nice touch - of many! - was a custom, highly detailed grid that Willie made from oak to cover a radiator hidden behind our new sink. Moving the radiator would have been very expensive, but thanks to Willie we have a terrific and great-looking solution - our radiator is now out of sight and still warms the kitchen effectively.)

As for the porch, this is where Willie's vision and experience really shined. He tore down our old porch completely, and helped us create not just a new screened-in porch, but essentially a new room in our house. I'm sure it's added $20,000 or more to the value of our home. We use it almost any day the temperature isn't too cold. An example of his ability to build on a vision: My wife and I had always thought we'd have a basic set of stairs from the porch to our patio, much like we'd had before. Instead, Willie suggested we build a wide set of stairs that could be used in two directions, depending on which side of our patio we wanted to go to. The new set of stairs is really elegant, and practical, too!

As for customer service, Wille's team was always on time, communicated well, were polite, friendly, and treated our house with great care. And the price was very reasonable. We'd been burned by other contractors in the past, so the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. We'd definitely use Renaissance again!

The Renaissance company was very professional and did an excellent job completing unfinished work done by other contractors that did work for me. I am so pleased on how they installed a laundry room upstairs in my home instead of being placed in the basement of my home. Also, they provided me with professional sanding of my hardwood floors, that looked horrible before the Renaissance Inc. they completely restored my hardware woods to look brand new. In closing, I would definitely recommend this company to complete any restoration’s needed in your home!

Willie and the Renaissance Company were amazing! I had been dealing with the city for YEARS to construct a small elevated deck, and my previous contractor dropped out. I was referred to Willie, and he responded to my request immediately. His quote was very fair, and was able to start right away, which I really appreciated after waiting so long to have this deck built. He completed the work timely, and I'm extremely happy with the results. We liked his work so much, we asked him to also replace the carpet on our stairs with hardwood. He gave us good advice on how to proceed, and the results were better than we could have imagined. The project was complicated as there were 3 sets of stairs to replace, including stairs that spiral around a corner. Everything looks very custom to the house, and again, he was able to complete the work in the time he quoted us. It's clear that he truly enjoys what he is doing and is an expert in his craft. I highly recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate to reach out for the next housing project we have.
