The crew came and deep cleaned my house top to bottom and did a great job. When I pointed out specific spots and items to clean they were happy to accommodate.

Unbelievable how her worker transformed my mom's bedroom from a moderate hoarders mess into a well kept hotel room. Not only did she tackle a mess that I didn't have the physical or emotional strength to do myself anymore, she organized everything. I was so happy that I cried when it was all done. I would recommend this cleaning service to anyone the girls are fantastic they are respectful get straight to business and leave the house looking amazing. Eliana was also so reasonable came out the same day to see the home and gave me a date ASAP. I’m definitely bringing them again soon.

They showed up early in the morning (just after 7AM) as we had requested, as we needed the cleaning done early so we could then prepare for the New Year's Eve party we host annually. The two ladies worked hard and did a thorough job. They even cleaned the cobwebs in our foyer which is two stories high (they had the right tool to reach that high). They left our home thoroughly clean.

I was SHOCKED to discover that Eliana's House Cleaning DOES NOT bring their own cleaning supplies. Crew shows up EMPTY-HANDED! You must buy/store your own Windex, Mr. Clean, Bleach-based products, furniture polish, rags, paper towels, etc.!
Are you kidding me? Who wants to do that or even has the physical ability to lug all that stuff home from a store?
When we contact a cleaning service don't we assume that they will do the job START to FINISH? And that includes showing up for the job prepared to work with their own proper supplies.
Suggestion: This area has plenty of cleaning services willing to come to your house PREPARED to clean. Choose one of them, not one who makes YOU do some work before they even show up.

I had housecleaning service come to my home. Although they cleaned the upstairs when it came to cleaning the downstairs didn't do a good job. I was informed by the owner it was late they would do better next time Then they went in my cabinets took out items they had bot business taking or touching. Owner claimed they were expired and they threw them out. WHY??? They didn't ask me and should not have gone in my cabinets. He said the cleaners threw them out. Yet they were not in the trash. However I did see them leave with 2 trash bags. Clean house yes!! But DO NOT TRUST THEM NOT TO STEAL and LIE ABOUT IT !!
