Eliana and her team prepared our entire 5-level house, in preparation for the market. She is absolutely impeccable, with such attention to detail and care for the entire process. Light fixtures are sparkling, every corner cupboard is spotless, and the entire home is staged to its absolute maximum potential. Eliana and her team stayed until the very late evening to make sure that everything was to her top standards. She even sent us a video, as we were not residing in the same city. Eliana’s team is amazing! They came to see the property and gave us a quote for a deep clean after moving out of our home to prep for new renters less than 24 hours after contacting them! They were extremely kind and thorough explaining exactly what they do. Their attention to detail and standard of clean is top notch! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience is and how they left our home spotless. They even fit in the clean the very next day! It was the best decision and I plan to use them again and would recommend them to everyone. Very fair price for the quality of service they provide! They communicate in real time when they are arriving to your property and when they finish. Great people and very well run company.

I don't know This company sucks treats employees very badly if my house left something behind they make the workers go back without pain without mercy no matter where they are they have to come back I witnessed two employees who came back to my house parked in my garage took their containers running eating fast ingual animal seemed that I was very hungry with the food in the mouth yet they entered my house to redo the work I witnessed akilo and it made me very bored I don't think I want this company in my house anymore! Company owners are terrible, I saw the way the employees looked through my camera I went to tip them, I said I was going to send it through Venmo, they thought it was better to give it in cash because it says that she takes the whole tip, I was very disappointed

Derrick was very professional and great with communication. He arrived when he said he would and removed my hot tub (cleaned up all debris)with no issues.

Derrick came to remove lumber from our deck. He apparently dragged the wood along our walkway, rather than carry them to his truck. This resulted in damage to my walkway. He replied that I should just put water on the scratches and they would go away. This did not happen, as you can see in the third photo. He has since been unresponsive to my messages. I would not hire him again.

Mr. Baxter was very professional and did a great job. He cleared the area in no time. I cleaned my basement and garage and needed the trash to be removed asap. He came out on a Sunday and removed all the trash. What a great guy. I definitely will use this company again and will recommend to others too.
