To start with, his quote was almost half the price of what another, larger company had quoted. He was very friendly, responsive, showed up on time and had all equipment needed. He is very knowledgeable about construction in general, and shared some insights on our the walls in our apartment as well as his professional background. He also gave us advice on what TV mount to buy - even though I hadn’t hired him tor that job yet. He had a card reader, so I could easily pay with credit card.

Overall, it was great working with Joe and I can highly recommend hiring Liberties Handyman Services for anything you might need around the house. I will hire him again for mounting our TV.

I have to say- nothing in my property is square/level but somehow Joe got it done! Creative problem solving and really an expert in a wide variety of crafts. My new tub/shower looks great and the end result never would have looked this good if I tried to do it myself. Can't recommend enough!

Joe was responsive, communicative, punctual, accomodating, and qualified to do the repairs he was doing. A few things to highlight:

-Joe took on several extra tasks that we had not necessarily discussed at the time he gave me the estimate.

-Joe was seemingly honest with me about the scope of work that would really be necessary to address my concerns. I hired a handyman because I do not know how to do these things myself; that could easily have been taken advantage of. But he sort of even dissuaded me from doing certain things I had initially wanted, explaining why they weren't entirely necessary.

-Joe was seemingly honest about his own abilities, recommending I instead call another professional for certain tasks. A less honest handyman might have accepted my money and went ahead with a subpar repair.
