The service provided by the electrician at B2U was great. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He wasted no time and immediately jumped into getting the task completed in a timelymanner. I was also amazed at how quickly he was able to get the job done. The electrician, Jair was personable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

AC from B2U Preventive maintenance service came out to install a water heater. He did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. I now have hot water and I'm pleased with the job.

I had put a request into my home warranty company back in July requesting a simple fix to my shower. The warranty company assigned AC to my job and I was given an appointment. The appointment day came and I hadn’t heard from the company and reached out myself to confirm the appointment. The appointment was moved to the following week and it wasn’t until 7:45pm that they actually we able to get to me on the day they said they’d come. No work was completed they needed to order a part that was fine. 2 weeks go by and I reach out because I hadn’t heard anything. The guy was on vacation and said another tech would come out and gave me his number. Tech comes out and wasn’t prepared to complete the work and instead said they’d need to order the part. At this point more than a month has gone by I reach back out to the tech who has no idea when the part will be in and doesn’t know what the status of the job is. I reach out again to the main contact I have (AC) and I get a message saying they’d had to order the part he’d check back in a week. He doesn’t check back and I reached out AGAIN and I am told he’s on vacation again he will get back to me Monday of the next week. Here we are 2 months out and I feel like I’ve been jerked around. I’ve paid him my portion required by the warranty company and the warranty company has approved the work for over a month. No idea what the status of the project is currently and the warranty company is looking to address the situation but I may be out some money. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but what I was told would be a simple fix has turned into a 2 month long saga.

Needed a new water heater quickly when our old one suddenly broke, leaving us without any hot water.

AC changed his schedule and came in the evening to remove old water heater and install the new one.

He also helped walk me through the warranty process to help save me money on the new water heater.
