Came to service my property and damaged the ceiling.

Look, mistakes happen. I get it. The reason for the 1-star is after he stepped through the floor of my attic and made a hole in my ceiling, he blamed me. Said it was my fault for not telling him that could happen. I assumed as someone with experience, he'd know to only step on beams and not drywall, but I guess he doesn't have that experience.

I then inquired about him paying to fix it. He refused. I asked for his insurance so that I could submit a claim to have them pay to fix it. He refused to give it.

So frankly, wouldn't recommend and don't trust the guy. You'll always be taking a gamble since, if any mistakes are made, you'll be paying out of pocket to fix it.

Reliable and great communication. From the moment my claim went in all the way until the end of the job, B2U was great. Kept me in the know of what was going on and even worked late to insure that I had hot water.

The Technician did a wonderful job replacing my hot water heater they were kind efficient and completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves they were awesome a highly recommended them ,

Very professional and knowledgeable. The dishwasher and a filter in the back of the refrigerator were leaking. There was a lot of water, that was removed with the old flooring and dishwasher. AC, Craig, and Brandon and very knowledgeable and reasonable. Thank you for our beautiful dishwasher and new flooring. ❤️😊

My experience was great! The plumber fixed the issue, cleaned up his work area, and was very personable. He also gave me great tip on how to get rid of the nets we got due to the leaking faucet. I highly recommend this business

This company did an excellent job with installing my water heater in a fast and timely manner, and they even installed it on the weekend, so I did have to take any time off from work.

We got to B2U through Choice Home Warranty. AC works around the clock getting to his customers. We put in a claim during the holiday season, so it did take some time from start to finish to get things completed, but AC was great, really nice guy to work with and we’re happy with the results. B2U service was outstanding! My Waterheater stopped working the afternoon before Thanksgiving. Anyone I called, said too late or they didn’t have the technology to take my PNC debit card! My friend called B2U service and he contacted me right away! Even though he was on another job in another city he said he would help me! I had 15 minutes to get to the plumbing store
to buy the Waterheater! BTU service continued to contact me to let me know his timeline and that he would definitely be there to help! Who does that on such a late assignment! 🙏 Finally the bank had put a fraud alert on my card when it was time to pay!!! He didn’t get angry and continued to be respectful and patient as I straightene things out with the bank! By now, you must know that God made this repair possible!! 🙏🙏
