I was in there this morning looking for ice melt for the snow for it to be so early in the morning except for one guy the rest of the staff were so friendly and eager to help also Mr. Rob I believe he’s a manager or higher position was so polite and helpful and a gentleman he allowed me to get a discount on a product that was busted open and also got a bag to put it in so it wouldn’t spill everywhere I appreciate the service so early in the morning and this was actually my first time ever going into a Lowe’s I usually go to Home Depot but this particular Lowe’s will now be my first stop

I bought a propane tank from Lowe's late last season. The grill would not light. It was an old grille so I thought it was broken. Fast forward to this season. New grille and it still doesn't fire up. I suspected a faulty tank so I took it back after almost a year. No hassles. They exchanged it and now I'm cooking, to use a better term. Thanks.

I called many places to get my trees removed and a huge pile of wood that I cut down. Everyone is scheduled next day or next week. But not Victor, he told me just text him my address and he'll be there in 20 minutes. He show up earlier than expected. His Price are very reasonable, in fact below most of the guys I worked with before. Great man, very professional and humble. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone that need job done!!

I had them trim the branches that was coming over my yard from my neighbors trees the cut most of it and when I ask him what about the branches that they didn't cut he said they can't cut them cause they was running late for there next job and I said but that's not my problem I told you I wanted all the branches on my side gone and he said well we jave to go maybe I can come back and cut them and they never did I wouldn't recommend them

Worst service ever! They got the money and didnt finish the work! They said that they will come back and never showed up! I did try to call them they put my phone nr to block! I dont recommend them!

This was one of the easiest and breeziest moves I had. These guys were fast and efficient. They took apart my furniture (bed) with ease. They were extremely polite as well. I absolutely plan on using the again.

John and his partner Junior completed the job in a timely manner. They were excellent young men. Very respectful and helpful. They did a wonderful job. We will definitely refer friends and family.

Very professional, punctual, and polite. The movers did a great job and unloaded the stuff as fast as possible. I highly recommend these guys. The customer service is really good and helpful, and easy to communicate. Everything was smooth!

I decided I needed help after 6PM on a Sunday. An actual human answered the ohone, and Helping Hands were at my place Monday morning. They got me on the road exactly when I needed to be.

The team were terrific today ! Time and money well spent ! We moved north from Florida and had so much stuff!! This team could not have been nicer and included me on deciding what went where ! Please give them a try -they were the only team that would accommodate a short notice-Sunday morning unload! Very nice, very professional and took extra steps for client happiness!

A sincere thanks for everything. The guys were beyond fantastic!!! Super mindful, considerate, and helpful! I will def recommend this company in the future! Darryl the owner has excellent customer service and I really appreciated that he spoke on the phone with me a few times before the move. We had fragile paintings - a lot of them - and the helping hands team was VERY mindful and considerate in wrapping and making sure all was moved as carefully as possible. They were also on time.

They completed the task within the specified time and even helped arrange the furniture. Additionally, I had many loose items that weren’t packed in boxes or were fragile, and they moved them all without any complaint. Highly recommend them—great price and excellent service!

Let me tell y’all. The two gentlemen that helped me out today was God sent. They were courteous, respectful and services was great. I’d recommend them to anyone. The name of the company is called Helping Hands, and God knows their hands helped lol.

I was very happy with the service that Dave and Darryl gave me. They helped me move my mother-in-law’s furniture and belongings in a local move. They were timely, friendly and efficient. I would gladly use this company again.

DJ and John showed up on time and even though I mistakenly put the wrong starting address, they found me. They moved our stuff out and packed the truck in a way to avoid damage. They met us at the new address, and unloaded quickly. They respectively places items where we requested. Our move took less time than anticipated and we were able to start unpacking and getting adjusted to the new place.

I hired them for 2 hours to unload my u haul and they finished in 1 hour (with a very reasonable price). They worked quickly and efficiently, and handled my items with care. They were also super friendly :) if I move again for some reason I’ll call them!!
