Have used Arctic Fox for HVAC work multiple time. Our unit continues to work really well. Company is responsive, reliable and very considerate.

Very clean and professional workers- would highly recommend Arctic Fox to anyone ! They consistently cleaned each day they were working in the house and were accommodating to my special requests for how and where to run the lines for the mini split they installed.

My system stopped working yesterday on me. I googled a/c repair in Philly and Arctic Fox came up. I spoke to Luis who came out at 8pm yesterday to help my fix my issue. Thankfully he had the part in his truck available and changed it real quick. In and out in under 30 minutes now we can enjoy that sweet cold air.

Luis was very polite and courteous. He Explained everything he was doing and gave recommendations. I will use your services again because of Luis.

Had a heating problem at my son's house, he called a company to come out and fix the problem, he was charged for the repair and the problem was not resolved. I called Artic Fox Heating and Cooling they came out saw the problem and repaired it with complete cleanup. The staff were Professional, friendly and efficient. An added plus, ON POINT fellas. Jason and Jay where the epitome of professionalism. They came to replace my entire air conditioning system. The first thing I am thankful for is they came in with tarp for my newly completed hardwood floors. I just had them done. They were knowledgeable, precise, courteous and respectful. They made sure everything was working right before leaving. They showed me pictures of the work done in my attic as well as the outside unit. I am completely satisfied with Artic Fox. They also cleaned the smudges they made on my freshly painted walls. I will be using them again in the fall for heating inspection. Thank you, Artic Fox.

Johnny was my technician and he informed me the importance of maintenance for our central air unit in the yard. He was courteous and on time. Had our house cooling in no time. Prices was reasonable and I will be calling him back to do the tune-up on our heater as he advise.

I found this company on Thumbtack. Never heard of Thumbtack before yesterday. Holy cow... I went from companies telling me two weeks to look at my central air, to we are not taking new customers, to Arctic Fox telling me they would be at my house the next morning.

The two men who showed up were incredibly professional and more importantly, knowledgeable, and honest. Johnny struck me as an incredibly honest person who immediately fixed my intermittent fan issue, showed me how to keep it from happening again, then showed my how to do regular maintenance on my system to get the most efficiency from my system. The service fee was very reasonable, and it is SO refreshing to have such a great experience when you are frustrated with your home.

I will never use another HVAC company.

I am very satisfied with the work I received. My heat went out on Wednesday, I got in contact with Artic Fox the same day. They came out Thursday accessed the issue and gave me their recommendation. Luis, Johnny, and Jason were quite honestly some of the BEST folks we have ever worked with. They were incredibly fast and friendly; they were quiet (which was great since we work from home and needed to do so while they were here); they were very tidy - cleaning up thoroughly after they were done, they explained everything completely and in a way that we could understand; they EVEN handled a quick repair that wasn't a part of the HVAC install.

They were absolutely amazing and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!!

After dealing with a nightmare contractor from a nightmare warranty company I decided to go out and find my own contractor. After downloading the thumbtack app I browsed through a few heating places and came across Arctic Fox. I reviewed the reviews on Thumbtack as well as google and they had great reviews. I decided to reach out for a quote on my heater and there was an immediate response with an immediate date to come out. Johnny came out and was amazing! Very knowledgeable when it came to information and very passionate about what he does! He let me know everything that was wrong, how they can fix and options that I have. Customer service was great and highly recommend for heating and cooling needs

Company was quick to respond and very professional with sending videos and explanations. Catered to me as a landlord that is not on the property so flexible with communication. Johnny was great with explaining everything and when he noticed a mistake he was honest enough to say he made the overlook and no charge. Not the cheapest but so far I liked the communication and look forward to working with them again.

My heater started making odd noises over the holidays. Days later, a member of Arctic Fox was at my house and inspecting the unit. Ultimately, the recommendation was to not service the unit but to replace it given its age and condition. Before making the decision to move forward with a large purchase, I got a second opinion. The other company talked a big game, but wound up breaking the heater (as Arctic Fox said could happen if they attempted to service it) and couldn't fix it leaving us without heat.

Last Thursday night, I reached back out to Arctic Fox to urgently set up the replacement. They were then at my house early Monday morning on a holiday. The guys did a great, professional job. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I could not recommend this company more given how well they communicated, the work they did, and the overall cost of the installation. They are my first and only call from now on.

EDIT: I wound up having repeated problems with the unit that was installed - none oh which were the fault of the Arctic Fox. In fact, every time I reached out they were there immediately, sometimes within the hour! Eventually I asked to just have the furnace replaced, they agreed, and worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get a new one and then installed it. Haven't had an issue since. These guys are a great company and their customer service is second to none.
