Luis did a great job troubleshooting and explaining my electrical issue. He gave great insights and advice. He was on time and worked quickly.

Beat company I ever dealt with I’ve been dealing with this company for 4 years now and his been nothing great work and great service . If I ever had an issue which would be me not changing the filters 🤦🏽‍♂️ on the units . But even so they still came out and did there job and made shure I knew what I was doing for i would have to call for lil things like that .. highly highly recommend them .. 💯 I’ll see you guys soon .

i had a good experience w/arctic fox! they were professional, arrived on time, and went the extra mile to get my AC working during the heatwave. they could have gone a different route that would have been more expensive. i would use them again for sure!

A lifesaver! My AC stopped working because the lines were freezing up and it’s beyond my limited googling abilities to fix, but I found Arctic Foxes. They had great reviews so I scheduled online and they showed up the next day promptly in the timeframe I chose. He had me show him the units and he immediately went into repair mode. He figured out the issue almost immediately but did an entire diagnostic of my system to check if anything else could be wrong and showed me the read outs, which was cool to see. He had to order a part and came back to install it before the weather got too hot again. The price sounded very fair to me, but I googled the average prices out of curiosity and they are very fairly priced.

It's always so hard to find contractors etc., but I am extremely glad that I called Arctic Fox. Even on this week with a holiday, Luis was here to check out the A/C system the day after I called, and they had it fixed by 10am the day after the holiday...all in, less than three days from when I called to when it was fixed. And, they only charge $70 to come out initially (credited to the repair) which is a lot less than other companies. The guys where all super professional, helpful, and nice. They even wore booties over their shoes when they entered the house--a little touch which I really appreciated. Communication was great and they were here when they said they'd be. I would definitely call arctic fox again if I ever had another problem. I highly recommend them.

This company is amazing. Everyone was professional, competent and efficient. I was so impressed that they put a tarp on the floor leading from the front door to the sliding glass door where part of the HVAC system they were replacing was on the deck. They cleaned up everything, leaving nothing behind. I highly recommend Luis and his crew.

Arctic Fox was very professional and honest. They had decent pricing and was up front. I had to have a my boiler replaced. They did a great job and also helped with another issue I had with a potential gas leak. They were very honest and I appreciate that! I highly recommend them!

My home central air system stop cooling on one of the hottest days this season (May 2022). I contacted Artic Fox Heating and Cooling Saturday morning, Luis came out on Sunday although they are technically closed. Luis was professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. I did not expect he’d be able to address the problem on the first visit but I’m OH SO grateful. Their prices are reasonable too which is a plus during these times. I highly recommend this company!!!

Absolute professionals!!! Needed both water heaters replaced in my duplex. The installers had both tanks swapped and cleaned up in a matter of a few hours. Both guys were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

Recently had some service work done on my HVAC system by Arctic Fox, and I couldn’t be happier. The system wasn’t running right because the last guy who installed it clearly didn’t do it properly. Luckily, Luis came out, took the time to troubleshoot everything, and got it running better than it ever has before.

The pricing was fair, the work was super clean, and he was responsive the whole way through. He even explained a few things about the system that I had no idea about, which I really appreciated. First, they come on time, which is golden, and they come prepared to work. This team is Very professional, extremely polite and pleasant, patient, as well as very knowledgeable of their work. They came to my home on time and got busy working right away and it's very much appreciated. My husband and I are so happy and pleased of the work they did at my home.
And the best part is, I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. I informed them of my issue and they called me right back, and gave me an appointment time for the very next day! I manage a rental property and unfortunately the 14 year old boiler has gone bad in one of my properties and wasn’t supplying heat to the radiators. I called Arctic Fox on a Sunday and spoke to Luis. By Monday a tech came out and provided a diagnosis. The boiler had to be replaced. Luis gave me a quote the same day. The next day he already scheduled Jason and Johnny to come out and install the boiler. Both did an amazing job and made sure my tenant knows how to operate the thermostat.

Arctic Fox was so wonderful to work with when our Central Air broke this summer. I was able to get a quick appointment to assess the problem, and as we had expected, we needed to replace our AC system (which was very, VERY old). They offered us a great deal for financing with no interest; it was truly a lifesafer. A few days later, they came out and spent the day installing the new system, and it has worked better than ever before.
