Our furnace was acting up, so I reached out late in the afternoon. True to their word, they had a technician, Jeff, show up at 8 a.m. the following morning. He presented us with two potential solutions: a costly control board replacement or the installation of a secondary relay, which was more affordable. Given that our furnace was 24 years old and likely to need replacing soon, Jeff advised us to opt for the less expensive repair. By 9 a.m., he had completed the job. I was truly taken aback by his straightforwardness, integrity, and resourcefulness. This was our initial encounter with this furnace repair company since our usual repairman retired. We'll definitely be calling on them again for our future needs in Philadelphia.

I've had Norman, Malik, and Jeff from a local AC repair service come to my Philadelphia home three times for maintenance on my outdated gas furnace. They've also replaced a thermostat that suddenly stopped working and another time when I noticed a dreadful odor early in the morning. Every visit, a friendly and competent professional arrived promptly. They were always glad to address my queries and worries about the ac repair. I have a service agreement for yearly upkeep and emergency calls, and I was never billed more than the contract stipulated. I strongly endorse this AC repair service! By the way, the awful smell turned out to be a skunk outside :-)

Malik, Jeff, and Diego from Cabrera & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning are trustworthy, equitable, and incredibly supportive. I've gained a great deal of knowledge about air conditioning systems and heating furnaces from their team. They carry out respectable and quality work. Currently, they're diligently working on a major project at a duplex I own - installing two heating systems and a water heater - and the entire job is costing just slightly above $7k. They're using top-notch products too, including high-quality furnaces and a gas water heater. From the project managers to the HVAC system installers, I've significantly broadened my understanding of HVAC systems through this team. I appreciate their dedication and hard work!
