Excellent work. Have had a few hvac specialists at my house in the past year and EMCO fixed my issue and cleaned up the mess the others could not diagnose.

EMCO was very quick in service. They were very professional and made sure everything was done right and efficiently. Serj was extremely helpful and gave great advice. Alena was able to have someone at my house within an hour when Peco was installing the gas line. Very happy with how everything turned out! Thank you!

I have Total Protect Home Warranty. My central air unit stopped working. I put in my claim and within two days Emergency Maintenance was at my house. They fixed my unit within 30 minutes and had it up and running good as new. Thanks to Total Protect and to Emergency Maintenance Company.

We had our AC fail on one of the hottest days of the summer and EMCO sent our Rick to help us get back up and running within hours of my request for a service call. Very professional and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.

Rick and his partner were amazing! So kind, very courteous. They even went out of their way to go out and buy more product to ensure they had enough to complete cleaning all 5 of my indoor mini-split units. The air is running cold, everything smells GREAT, and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10.

I left a message on Angieslist after hours and quickly got a call back from the scheduling department with a wide selection of available appointments. Communication was very consistent and our highly skilled technician, came to my North Philly home and diagnosed the problem and offered an affordable, long-term solution. We’ve had other contractors come out, but we were most impressed with Emergency Maintenance Company

I had them as a second opinion through my warranty. Warranty was denying replacement of my system. First company said it was not working because initial installation was done not right which cause system to break. Emergency Maintenance tech reasoned with them that my system worked like that for over 20 years and standards were different back then. Warranty covered replacement with me paying for some upgrades, which was only a fraction of what it would cost me on a private market. I am very happy with the outcome and job performed, will sure use them again.

I found them very professional, reliable, and responsible as well. They repaired my air duct system and adjusted airflow in 2 rooms for me by replacing damaged branches. I am very happy and satisfied with their performance.

EMCO is the best HVAC Company located in the greater Philadelphia area. I always found them to be very respectable and be very reasonably priced. The workers are always respectful in the property and get the job done. Thank you EMCO.

My heat stop working. Very nice people. He was willing to let me use his space heaters. Very quick to come out and fix it! I would totally recommend them☺️

Home warranty company sent them out because my heat would not come on. They were in and out of my home in less than 30 minutes. The heating system has been working great since they serviced it. I am so happy that I signed up for the home warranty because it has been a lifesaver. EMC did a good job.

Extremely cold and system doesn’t work. They will go the extra mile to assist and fix.
I have used a few others to install my systems but since started working with them 8 years ago never used others.

EMCO was great! We got home from vacation and discovered the water heater had been leaking into our basement the whole time we were gone. We found EMCO through our home warranty company. They were prompt to respond, helped me deal with the warranty end of things in order to speed up the process and had the new water heater installed before the week was done! Rick was very professional and made sure the work area was nice and clean before he left.

I recently had Emco Tech Heating and Cooling over for some repairs and I have to say, they were impressive. The team showed up right on time, which was a great start. They quickly got to work and figured out what was wrong. What stood out to me was how they explained everything in a way that I could understand, without all the technical jargon. They fixed all the issues faster than I expected and double-checked everything to make sure it was working perfectly. It's rare to see that level of attention these days. I'd definitely call them again if I need any more help with my heating or cooling system. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient service, Emco Tech is the way to go!

As always, SUPERB SERVICE!!! The gentleman that was sent to my home was so nice and friendly. On time and gave good explanation on the repairs of our AC not communicating with our NEST. EMCO TECH ROCKS!!!!!

The best offer for my new furnace I got from EMCO! The crew was not only efficient, and trustworthy, but also very pet friendly😊 They repaired broken air duct as part of the installation. I want to thank them for giving me such a good deal and would surely trust them to work in my house completely unattended.

AC failed Sunday, Serge was here Monday at 2pm. He clearly explained the problem and had the unit up and running in 15 minutes. He went on to do a deep clean of the coils, not once but THREE times. My 30 year old unit looks new, runs quieter and more efficiently. Serge is the best--give him a raise!

Majorly good company really was very concerned about meeting our emergency needs and we're so grateful because we are seniors and could not go along without heat and the technician where the extra mile professional courteous friendly prompt and even gave us additional information to help us I can't say enough about this company extraordinary!!
