These guys are truly amazing! From the moment we called in to inquire about upgrading our existing heating/cooling systems, we felt we were in good hands. The guy who came in the next day to make an estimate was very well informed and professional. He answered tons of my questions since I had no idea how old our units were or what kind of furnaces/AC units I should replace them with. He gave me a few options and helped to choose the right system for our budget and in accordance with our efficiency concerns. The installation process was fast and smooth, and technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived on time. Checked everything and found Freon was low. Said it needed 2 lbs but whe he put Freon in it only needed 1 lb. Checked temperature in a few rooms all ok. Asked him a question about temperature in cathedral ceiling in living room. He did not understand the question so he called his boss and she explained my question. Always have a good experience with EMCO.

So far, so good, with Emco Tech. I originally called on them for an emergency service the day my heat stopped working prior to a snowstorm and very frigid temps. They serviced my system, restoring my heat within just hours of my call. Most other companies I called were unavailable on that Saturday. I was grateful.

During this time, I had also been dealing with several worsening pinhole leaks and spewing steam in the 100 year old pipes of my steam heat system on multiple floors. It is difficult to find people who properly service boiler systems in 2025. Not to mention, I had to weed through getting several estimates with various companies and contractors who were not communicative, who were price gouging, trying to get over, and unreliable, overall.

After a month of 24/7 stress over the fragility of my pipes and searching nearly everyday for someone to repair them, I decided to move forward with having Emco Tech replace the old black pipe and copper pipe in three floors of my home. One truck arrived only 10 minutes past the scheduled time the first day which was fine, however I had to wait over another hour for the rest of the techs to arrive so that they could begin together. This would’ve been my only complaint that I can think of so far. Aside from that, they got the job done as a team over a two day period, as promised. They were communicative via text, phone and email. And they built a new return pipe to my boiler as well (something no other company or plumber offered) all for a fair price. Even the obnoxious banging noises from years of water accumulating in my pipes has stopped!

Always on time, friendly and reliable. Also totally nice about me not being prepared (had stuff in the way of where he needed to work, he was very kind about it and helped me move the stuff). Also I had some ivy growing on my unit outside and he was very nice about that and helped me remove it.

I had a very complicated issue with my oil based heating system. 2 other service providers prior to EMCO could not fix the issue nor were they very responsive.

As I said, my furnace issue was complex and it took several visits by EMCO but they were determined to do whatever was needed to get the furnace going properly and they worked very well in tandem with my warranty company.

I would absolutely recommend EMCO for your HVAC needs. They really know what they’re doing and they’re great people.

My air conditioning system was making weird noises. My coworker recommended EMCO Tech. The technician came on time and was very professional. He said I have a broken AC. Technician could repair AC the same day. I was satisfied. Strongly recommend.

I been working with EMCO for some good 5 years. They been servicing all our rentals and we upgrades most of our units with them.

Our cooling system broke in the middle of a heatwave. The technician arrived at the early part of the 4-hour window. He was professional and courteous, found the problem quickly, and repaired it. I'm also pleased with the level of communication; texting to confirm appointment and when the technician was en route.
