Very positive experience with this company - Dimos is courteous, explains how systems work and clearly knows what he’s doing. Repaired and maintained our two furnaces and hot water heater after we moved into a new (older) home. Prices were reasonable and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Would happily refer him to any friend.

I almost never post reviews but Dimos has been fantastic and I recommend him without reservation. The first time he helped out, we had just moved to a new house in the middle of a hot summer and the air conditioner went out. He came promptly, diagnosed the issue thoroughly, and fixed it on the spot. The second time, we had noticed a few potential problems with our heating units. He was extremely thorough, explained what he was seeing, gave options and pricing up front, fixed what needed to be fixed, and gave us confidence that the units were in good working order with a detailed report.

Dimos was excellent! Called in with no AC on a very hot holiday weekend - he responded quickly to get us on the schedule for the next day - came earlier than he'd originally said - did a full diagnostic, and the system just needed maintenance and cleaning. Communication was very clear and thorough - never felt like there was upselling - and he was great to deal with. Would highly recommend!

You know when you almost hate to leave a stellar review, because then your new favorite contractor will become so popular you'll never get another appointment?! Our AC went on the fritz today and we took a chance on Delta T Heating & Cooling LLC. Best call we could've made. Not only was Dimos incredibly responsive, but he was impressively professional, knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Before doing any work, he took the time to educate us and informed us of each and every associated cost, so we could make our best, most informed decision. While working, he took pictures and called us both outside and downstairs so we could physically see what he was seeing and doing. Wow! Our air has legitimately never run better- in fact, we had even purchased window units because we just assumed something was wrong with our ductwork and we must not have great air flow. Little did we know the previous owners of our home never serviced the AC so everything was a mess. Dimos, thank you for everything! You provided an incredible service on your Friday night and we couldn't be happier with your professionalism, honesty and integrity.

I called Dimos this morning about diagnosing an issue, and he was at my house this afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly figured out what was wrong. He walked me through everything he was going to do before doing it and even looked at our circuit breaker to see if he could improve our setup to make the AC work better.

And I haven't even mentioned that it was 100 degrees out! I can't recommend Dimos highly enough, and we will definitely be going to him for any AC needs we have in the future.

i called for furnace repair after my unit stopped working and i’m not handy at all. it can be hard to find trustworthy help, but within a few hours, joseph arrived to check things out. after looking at the furnace together, we agreed i needed a new unit. joseph gave me a clear quote and explained all my options, including details about a possible tax credit. i went ahead and got a couple more quotes from other places, but none could match joseph’s price or took the time to explain which furnace would work best in my house. during the installation, i asked if i could get an extra vent for my bedroom, which always gets too warm. darrell and his team offered to check out the ductwork and even took a video of the inside. turns out, the ducts were falling apart and one tube was totally disconnected! they scheduled the repairs fast and finished everything neatly. even though i didn’t expect to need ductwork fixed, my furnace now works perfectly and my house feels comfortable—especially my bedroom! i know i’ll save money on energy bills too. i really appreciate how honest and professional everyone was. good customer service is still out there!

Upon his arrival, he conducted a comprehensive inspection of our equipment, both outdoors and inside our crammed attic. He was thoroughly professional, articulate, and never rushed. On two different instances, I sought the services of Cabrera & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning. My first experience was during the cold season when the blower motor of my furnace needed fixing. I was assured that a technician would be over to check it out within a span of 2 hours. To my surprise, in less than that, Darrell had already installed a new blower motor, and my house was back to being warm. Not long after, I noticed a noise that sounded like a fan blade hitting something. In no time, a new blower motor was put in place at no extra charge. On the second occasion, my air conditioning unit failed in the peak of summer. Joseph, however, came to my rescue and had a new unit installed within 24 hours. Excellent work!
