A1 Air Duct Cleaning came earlier this week, arrived ahead of schedule (after calling to confirm it was okay), and thoroughly cleaned the ducts for both of our HVAC units (front of the house + back addition). The improvement in indoor air quality was immediate —cleaner, fresher air.
They also cleaned our dryer vent, and later that night I noticed the clothes weren’t drying properly (they were warm but still damp). I texted Mike, the crew manager, at 10 p.m. He responded instantly, and said he’d be back first thing in the morning at no charge.
True to his word, Mike and his team showed up at 8 a.m., found the issue, fixed it in about 45 minutes. Now the dryer works perfectly— and actually dries faster than before.
I normally don't give 5-star reviews when something goes wrong, but the way they owned the problem and fixed it immediately shows they stand behind their work.

Recently, we had our air ducts cleaned for the first time in a long while. The technician, Zach, showed up on time, thoroughly explained how and why each step would be done, and answered my dozens of questions. We opted to have the sanitizer added to the cleaning which we think would be beneficial in the line run. Very reasonable pricing, no mess left behind, and polite customer service!

Do yourself a favor, don't call synergy, they came to my house to give a estimate and we never heard back from them, very poor communication
