Robert came out to fix my heater last week. He was on time and fixed the unit in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend.

So I had the pleasure of having Bobby come out to my Home last week when the weather was atrocious. I called and got a quick response and he was there within a couple hours knowing he’ll be at the weather was and I had a family with no air conditioning. He came in very patient knew exactly what to do explained everything to me was in and out and no time and then followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was OK. Definitely the person to go to when you want that personal touch and someone who really cares.

Really happy with the service I got from Northeast Mechanical.They came out quickly when my AC stopped working during a heat wave. Bobby was super friendly, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and had it fixed the same day. No pressure, no upselling—just honest work at a fair price.
