Oleg was very professional and respectful. He arrived on time and explained the process of cleaning the dryer vent to me before proceeding. When he was done he accepted my request to keep the dryer pulled away from the wall so I could clean under it. Then he put the dryer back in its place when I finished cleaning. I really appreciated the extra level of customer care.

John came to clean our dryer vent. Unbeknownst to us not only had it not been cleaned in who knows how long but it was quite convoluted with many turns. John told us this normally is about a twenty minute job….he was here for almost 3 hours….plus he changed out the dryer hose to the correct style. We were his last job of the day….on a Friday afternoon….yet John worked hard without complaining until he was satisfied that the vent was as clean as it could be. John was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He cleaned up behind himself and even apologized for taking so long!! We would not only recommend this company but also John for any vent or duct work cleaning needs you may have. We will definitely use them again ourselves and welcome John back into our home for any future vent or duct work we might need.

Well worth it. Nikita was great. He came in respected our no shoe policy in the home. Carried his equipment up and went to work. Unclogged our vents and my wife breezed through the laundry like no one's business. My wife stated that she hasn't been able to dry the laundry that quickly in a couple years now. DIMA did an excellent job! My dryer exhaust was totally clogged and I was unaware. He made four trips to my attic to make sure that the duct was completely clear from the attic clean out to the dryer on the lower floor. What amazed me was that he repaired the connection from the dryer to the wall which was not done properly by the Sears new dryer installers many years ago!!! I recommend this firm without exception.
