Dima was very professional. Needed dryer vent cleaned and chimney/fireplace inspected as requiredby my HOA. Done efficiently and reasonably priced. Only took 1 star off because when I made the appointment they said they accepted cash, check and card. Was surprised when they were going to surcharge my check. Luckily I had cash. This should have been explained when appointment was made.

Liam arrived within the window provided for the cleaning. He was friendly and professional. He recommended a few different options and explained each one. We had the air ducts, dryer vent and dryer cleaned. The work was completed in about 2 hours. I would recommend A+.

A-Plus and specifically Victor did a great job. He was clean, personable and efficient! He came in, TOOK HIS BOOTS OFF, reviewed what he had to do and did it! I left him alone and the next thing I knew he was finished! No muss no fuss! He also answered all my questions about other services. I highly recommend A-Plus and Victor!

We are very pleased with our service with Liam at A+ Air Duct. He explained the process very thoroughly, step by step and answered all questions we had. He took before and after photos which were shocking! My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. Thank you Liam. Highly recommend!

Liam, was excellent regarding his customer service and total explanation of my situation. His recommendation was supported my proof of pictures he took of my vent system to properly explain the benefits of adhering to his recommendation after cleaning and inspection of my dryer vent system. His professional and candid approach was much appreciated as it was without any “salesperson” tactics.

They did a great job servicing our dryer when we were renting so decided to go with them again after we moved. Dima is a very polite and professional technician - he does a thorough job documenting and explaining everything along the way. He even takes the time to record pictures and discuss them with you. The care he takes is evident in how he moves equipment around (e.g. gently placing it on the floor) and how he cleans up leaving the place better than it was. Highly recommend this business.

Oleg was great! Very thorough, patient and polite. He came back for a second treatment after I got access to more parts of my system. Good HVAC cleanup may not be cheap, but the price was very reasonable and fair! And it could have been much more. There are very few other companies in the area that can do this job currently that can do this job competently. I'll definitely use A plus again and recommend them to friends.

Great service! I got a commercial clean done by Dima. I lived in a twin house two floors for 15 years. He showed me before and after picture and I seen my own vents and there was a difference from the dirt to the work he did. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would hire them for friends and family and for the future. You may think it's expensive bit you pay for what you get and it was great service!

Amin was polite, efficient, very educational in explaining the mechanics of the job to me. He was punctual and left the job site as clean as when he found it! He is an excellent worker/representative of the company. As a senior citizen, I felt safe and in good hands with this pleasant young man.

Dimitri was my technician.
He was very thorough and explained every process. He also showed me pictures as he went along.
He also found a large birds nest in my dryer vent that was not working. The vent has just been cleaned one month prior(by another company).
I will definitely be using A+ again for future services!

I have no enough words to thank you so much for helping me out so quickly by sending technician Oleg to clean the dryer vent same day I called! Oleg was very professional from the beginning to the end of the appointment ! Replaced the dryer vent outside, cleaned the washing machine , found a lot of dust and build up ! My dryer stopped drying and I’m so happy that I contacted you! Also grateful we could install a cage outside of the dryer vent so there’s no outside coming in from any squirrels or rodents through the vent ! Thank you again ! Will recommend to all my friends and hopefully soon we can clean the whole air duct system in my house.

We had Liam come out and clean our dryer vents. He was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I was going to give him a 5 star review for this alone but then he took the time to evaluate our vent set up via the attic and noticed that our home builder never properly installed a vent to the outside. This poses a massive fire safety risk and we had no idea. Thanks to Liam, we got it a vent installed same day and can now rest easy as we were not allowed to operate the dryer until it was corrected. Would easily recommend
