On time, good communication, knowlegable, great service, cleaned each area as work was done. I would recommend them for this type of work.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst service I’ve ever had. Similar to many of the other reviews here, they quote you $99, replace something unnecessarily, and overcharge you (we paid $373 for 1 hour and 10 minutes of work).

The dryer vent pipe they installed was disconnected from my dryer and was mostly lying along the floor rather than being secured tightly to the outside vent. There was also a trail of debris throughout our house that I had to clean up, including a pile of parts I had to remove myself. The worker seemed to have very little training.

I let them know about the poor quality of the work while they were still on site, but they just walked away. I contacted them again afterward, and they said they would fix it. It has now been 28 days, and nothing has been done. I eventually fixed the issue and reinstalled a new vent pipe myself.
