Told me the service would be $99, when they got here told me that was only to vacuum the line and if I wanted them to brush it it would be an additional $100. Also offered to replace a 6’ piece of flex duct for $100, which I declined. Cleaned my dryer duct in 15 minutes without taking the cover off from the outside of the house. The cover was completely caked with lint. Spent a while telling me this was clean and I didn’t know what clean was in this business and there was no way to remove the cover and no way to clean it regardless. Then spent 15 minutes watching me remove it and clean it in the sink, still trying to convince me no one could have removed or cleaned it . While I was doing this refused to type my email into his phone for a receipt, instead insisting I do it, while I was busy doing his job. Negative 10 stars.

I’m not really sure why this company has such positive reviews. First they sent a technician on the wrong day, and then tried to demand I let them do the service that day (when I wasn’t even home). When they finally came on the correct day, they upcharged me for everything. A simple dryer vent cleaning somehow turned into almost $600, and I’m not even sure what the extra fees were for. Just installing a flap in front of the vent outside cost $100, though the same piece costs $7 at Home Depot and takes about 5 minutes to install. In addition, the technician didn’t bother to take his shoes off, so he tracked mud all over the house. Overall I was not impressed.

Poor customer service overall. The manager, Jason or Jonathan, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone, cut your losses and look elsewhere. They overcharge for services, and you can easily find better quality service with more competent staff.

Most of their system is automated, and you end up speaking with representatives who appear to be located outside the country, which makes resolving issues frustrating. I constantly had to repeat myself due to communication barriers and a lack of real problem-solving skills. There was no sense of accountability or awareness when issues arose.

AC duct cleaning made a huge impact. Lower dust levels and greater airflow are noticeable. The crew was polite and cleaned up. We endorse their service.

After reading the views I said okay I'll go with this company. I scheduled an appointment I waited they said between 8:00 and 10:00 I waited no one came I had to reach out and ask what's going on oh they got into a car accident.🤔🤞🏾 Okay I hope everything's fine. The next day, because I rescheduled for the next day between 8:00 10:00 again..left work early and still nobody so again hello what's going on.. oh due to a lot of work we can't come out I said I scheduled an appointment with you all.. oh I'm sorry mam we're going to waive the fee of 69bucks for coming out and we're going to give you 10% off I'm like okay I can go with that guess what they never came. I again reached out what's going on. He said let me contact my tech. Oh we fired him because he was inconsistent and he make my job look bad so we fired him.🤔 He gave me a name and everything. We are going to give you 20% off. And I myself my name is Mike I will come out I'll come out personally. Thursday guess what y'all🤔 no one came out so now I'm like is it because you gave me a crazy discount because on top of the 10% they said it was going to take 20%😮 off now it's just no call no show it's just like why are you doing this you. I kind of asked him like is this a race issue and everything is not about race but come on everything is about race in the end of the day.🤷🏿‍♀️ I live through it so I know....My experience was awful, it was unprofessional no integrity it was awful but I don't feel bad for me,💃🏾 I feel bad for them.😎
