I had such a pleasant experience working with Brandon. He stayed within constant communication and helped me every step of the way. From understanding the scope of work to understanding what application works best for my situation, he helped with everything. Not to mention the helpful techs, Andrii and Russ, who not only came at a timely manner but finished the job same day! Angel Heating and Cooling definitely know what they’re doing, I will definitely be going back for all my HVAC needs.

Edit: Life has been unbearable without proper cooling, that is until today thanks to Angel Heating and Cooling. They have been nothing but fairly priced and honest in every interaction. From Manny our initial point of contact to Brandon our sales rep to our installation pros Leo and Andre that completed the work today. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, they are all very knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, professional and timely to say the least. I had a great experience with this heating & cooling company. Uraz was the technician who came out, and he did an amazing job. He was professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I shopped around for different mini-split systems with different companies and Angel heating and cooling stood out to me the most. The project manager, Brandon, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came out to my house and offered many different scenarios and always answered his phone. Olivia from the office was friendly and helpful when it came time to pay for the service. On the day before the snow storm in late-January, the heat pump for our first floor, leaving us with no heat and very cold temperatures on the way. I spotted an Angel Heating van across the street from by house, so I ran out to see if they might be available after whatever service they were providing in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, they were booked, but Igor offered to look at the situation in case there might be an easy fix. He was very friendly, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem I and outlined my options. He indicated that he would have his office follow up. Brandon called me shortly after and we discussed the next steps. Brandon was also very knowledgeable and helpful. It turned out that Angel Heating wasn’t going to be available in the timeframe I needed, but if I could have waited, I would have. Based on the interactions with both Brandon and Igor, I would recommend this company in the future.

We just used Angel Heating and Cooling. Manny came out when the heat was going off and on at our rental with two senior tenants. He explained the repair option and Brandon reviewed both repair and replacement options. There was no pressure at all just a simple explanation of how they could help. We chose to replace the system. Leo, Andrii and Russ did a great job installing and cleaned everything up after. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service or replacement. They could not have been nicer !

The team was able to work us into their schedule quickly which was great. We were having issues with poor air flow to one room and some short cycling of the furnace. Manny was able to review the issues and found that our new filters were restricting too much airflow. What others were quoting hundreds of dollars to investigate, he was able to fix with a $5 replacement filter better suited to our furnace. Never felt rushed and he was able to talk us through it as he reviewed each of the potential issues and fixes. Can’t recommend Manny and the Angel HVAC team enough!

Angel installed a brand new AC unit and furnace for me a few years back. They did a fantastic job and both units have been great! My furnace recently required service as there was a small water leak coming from the draft inducer. The Technician was great, came out the same day, took apart the draft inducer and put it back together and haven't had a problem since! I'm a member of the Guardian Club so there was no cost for the visit. They also followed-up a few weeks later to ensure everything was still good to go. I highly recommend Angel and being a member of the Guardian Club! They have provided fantastic service to me over the years!

I would like to thank Angel heating for sending Branden for his expertise opinion about my heater. He was so polite, and so informative about cleaning the unit or possible parts that may need replacing and spending a lot of time explaining if the unit needs replacing and he even set up the appointment for diagnostic testing. He was amazing and so pleasant to talk to.

Angel HVAC installed a steam humidifier at my home this week and took care of a couple other HVAC upgrades. Everyone from Brandon the project lead to the technicians who completed the work went above and beyond to make sure that the system was installed to a high standard. They took time to integrate the humidifier with my smart thermostat (alarm.com) which was a first for their team, and required significant troubleshooting on their part. Looking forward to continuing to work with Angel for my future HVAC needs!

We felt we could absolutely trust him as he helped us work through the heating and price options, and as he managed the day of and after needs of our install. Gratitude to the team for coming out to fix a malfunctioning heat vent beneath my mom's house. As is the case with many aged homes, nothing is ever straightforward, and this was no different for my mother's home. Despite poor weather conditions and the daunting task of crawling under the house, Jordan and Danny took it in stride and managed to complete the task within a few hours. Hats off to them!
