I had Angel Heating and cooling upgrade my old thermostat to a smart model, and the process was smooth and professional. The technician Harry arrived on time, handled the installation quickly, and walked me through how to use all the new features. I love being able to control my system remotely and track energy use. The upgrade has already made a noticeable difference in comfort and efficiency. Great service all around!

I only use Angel Heating and cooling for my HVAC needs. They are excellent at their craft. They are fast and responsive. They are effective and polite. Every team member I've worked with has been exceptional. These guys are awesome, I've been s repeat client with them on multiple projects. I recommend only them to everyone I know.

I had a great experience with Angel Heating and cooling from start to finish. The technician Harry was not only professional and knowledgeable but also extremely friendly and respectful of my home. You can tell the company supports their team—my tech was well-equipped, confident, and clearly cared about doing the job right.

They were on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. It’s rare to find a company that treats both its customers and technicians so well. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!

A heat pump at my house stopped working and Igor from Angel came within a day and diagnosed the problem. They got the needed part quickly and it was fixed within the week.

By way of background... our family already provided a review for Angel's H&C 5 years back pertaining to a request for a different property. Due to the 1-review per account limitation of Google, I was not able to add a second review. However, they are very deserving of the feedback, so here I am, using my wife's profile account :)

On to the review...

I chose Angel's team because in the past they have always struck me as honest, fair and professional. I am happy to say they continue to live up to that.

It started with the quote and consultation. Brandon Cancio was the Project Manager and he was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and available. He laid out options, I came back with considerations and we just continued to rapidly exchange information including a thorough walkthrough until we discovered a solution that worked. We also have a 5 month old and were concerned about the coming summer heat, so I can't speak highly enough about how quickly they worked to turn this around. I also walked away with some additional HVAC knowledge, so I appreciated that Brandon was passionate about his work and company. The little stuff matters.

As for the actual job day, Mustafa and Russell were the Techs and they made quick work of the installation. Super professional, clean and definitely hard-workers. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable pre and post, and I would highly recommend them for your next need.

Thanks again to the Angel Team. I am (still) a happy customer, and look forward to leveraging a 3rd family member's Google account for the next review.

My central air died 4 years ago, but I wasn't ready to deal with the replacement costs so I got a portable AC. Then it died, and I decided it was time to just go for it. A friend recommended Angel to me and my project manager, Brandon made the whole thing pretty painless with constant, friendly communication and check ins during and after install. Leo and Andre were my install techs and they were very nice and fast, and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. House is super cool and I'm saving money on my electric compared to before. 10/10

In May 2025, I had to have a new heating and air-conditioning system installed in my home. Although I have been dealing with Angel Heating and air conditioning company for several years and have been pleased with their service, I thought it wise to get estimates from other companies for comparison. Angel Heating and Air Conditioning Company beat out two other companies. Not only with their pricing but also with their customer service.
Their estimate was very detailed. Everything was clearly written out and the representative Brandon explained every detail in the estimate and went over the process and what to expect on day of installation.
Brandon was very knowledgeable about the product and was available to answer any additional questions that I had.
The day of installation and duct cleaning went very well. Staff showed up on time cleaned up after themselves and was courteous and professional.
I was totally satisfied with the team, Brandon and the techs Igor and Russ. I highly recommend Angel Heating and Air Conditioning Company.

Unusual circumstances lead me to have to replace the HVAC in the home. From the first phone contact with Olivia to Manny the technician to Brandon the project manager to Andre and Leo the HVAC installers these employees excel at customer service! I was given a choice of 2 options and even got a senior discount. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done at a fair market price. You won't be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon. This company is fair, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. Philly has a lot of contractors that will rip you off in your time of need….this company is not one of those. Highly recommend

I’m the kind of guy who’s absolutely fanatical about his BMWs — I expect perfection in engineering and perfection in service. Angel HVAC just gave me that same BMW-level experience for my home heating and cooling.
They replaced my 23-year-old Ruud system with a beautiful 2-stage Carrier setup (97% AFUE furnace, 16.5 SEER cooling) and hooked it up to an Ecobee smart thermostat. The system is dead silent, crazy efficient, and my house has never been this comfortable.
Brandon and the entire team treated me exactly like the service advisors at my BMW dealer: incredibly attentive, responsive, zero pressure, and obsessive about getting every detail right — from choosing the perfect equipment to maximizing every rebate and incentive. The install crew was just as meticulous; they left the place spotless.
